I tried Il Panson and I must say it was a delightful discovery. Delicious, carefully prepared, and flavorful food, all served in the splendid central location of Piazza delle Erbe. Perfect for both a relaxed dinner or an evening with friends in the center of Genoa. Highly recommended!

Renovated historic restaurant, traditional Genoese cuisine, as well as Mediterranean dishes. They also have pizza! It's good and very easy to digest. Fast service, helpful and very welcoming staff. There were six of us, and we left very satisfied. For being in the historic center, the prices are excellent, and the quality is evident. We'll be back to try the lounge bar; the menu has some really tempting cocktails! Well done!

Fantastic welcome!! Francesca, the head waiter, was wonderful, very friendly, and incredibly helpful!! We'll definitely be back! The aperitif was EXCELLENT!

In the heart of Genoa's nightlife, very good pizza, attentive staff, and fast service (I wasn't expecting it given the number of people at the tables!). Unfortunately, this place doesn't have high reviews due to its previous management: it has been completely renovated and its menu has also been updated.
2 pizzas, 2 beers, dessert, and coffee for €51.
I'll review the restaurant on my next visit.

What can I say? A fantastic experience.
You can feel the staff's expertise, the service impeccable. Generous portions, sophisticated cocktails, and absolutely fair prices.
We were very impressed, both at the staff dinner and when we returned as a couple.
Needless to say, the location, in the heart of the alleys, is magnificent.

In the center of Genoa, excellent cuisine. Friendly staff. Fast service. Excellent trofie and vegetable pie. Fair prices. Clean and spacious.

Lovely food and atmosphere. Service was a bit slow between first , second and dessert.
However, we enjoyed very much the dining experience.
The prices are reasonable. I would not mind visiting this place again
