12/08/2025: I've been there twice. Very disappointing. Cold staff and brioches unworthy of a name that's listed in all the industry guides. It must be a historic pastry shop that thrives on its profits. -------------------------------------------------- I must have been unlucky in my choice. Compared to the many cafes and pastry shops around Italy that make do with leavened products, the croissants I ate at your place left a lot to be desired. What's your specialty? I'll test you on that.

07/07/2025: It is one of the most famous squares in the city and it exudes like a park, given the numerous green flowerbeds. Being bordered on one side by the gardens of Giuseppe Verdi, you can see the opposite side of the same where the Brignole railway station is located, of which it seems to be the natural contiguous space that continues towards the low rise of the Galliera Hospital and the sea. On this part of the grassy surface, three caravels are traced in the greenery and with flowers. The symbol and symmetrical center is the Arch of Victory, a monument to the fallen of the First World War. The consulates of Peru, the United Kingdom, the INPS Palace and the National Hydrocarbons Agency overlook it. The square, given the vast space available, has hosted highly interesting Eucharistic celebrations, concerts and events. Dating back to the Thirties, it boasts an underground car park since the Nineties. Traces of human activity in this area from the 4th - 5th century BC were found.

21/07/2025: Un piccolo gioiello a conduzione familiare, dove l’amore per la cucina si sente in ogni piatto. Ingredienti genuini, sapori autentici e porzioni generose rendono ogni pasto un’esperienza indimenticabile. I gestori sono di una gentilezza rara, sempre sorridenti e pronti a farti sentire a casa. Ambiente accogliente, caldo e curato nei dettagli. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca la vera cucina casalinga!

17/08/2025: Ivana and Fausto, along with their staff, make you feel at home. Their cuisine is spectacular, everything about it, no matter what you choose to eat. My review is focused on those who, like me, have intolerances (gluten and lactose). They take great care in creating tailor-made dishes, from the starter to the dessert, and they're delicious. I've eaten several specialties and loved everything. And, as a true Genoese, their pesto is truly delicious. Highly recommended ❤️ Thanks to Ivana and Fausto for their professionalism, passion, and dedication, which shines through in their dishes, and for all the attention they give to making me feel at home.

13/08/2025: Luca Corsiglia is one of the best chefs in Liguria! His pesto is the best I’ve eaten and the rest of the menu is as excellent. Pippo is warm and friendly. He runs a terrific front of house. This restaurant is a “Can’t Miss” for any visit to Liguria!

01/09/2025: Large restaurant with an open kitchen. Plenty of parking nearby. Noisy atmosphere, but excellent dishes with generous portions. The ones I've pictured are delicious. The price is fair.

27/08/2025: A strategic restaurant just a few kilometers from the Busalla toll booth, this area has been a regular destination for many years, offering both Ligurian and non-Ligurian cuisine. The pizzas are also very good, but obviously very subjective. Surrounded by greenery, with ample parking and an outdoor area, it offers a variety of options. The interior is clean and simple. Last but not least, the staff are excellent, welcoming customers with a smile and always striving to provide excellent service, sometimes in emergency situations. My favorite first course is pansoti with walnut sauce, a Ligurian dish for those unfamiliar with it, made with artisanal ingredients. Thank you, because it feels like home.

19/07/2025: Amazing brioches with chantilly cream... every now and then I cross the city to go for breakfast. In my opinion the best brioches in Genoa.

04/07/2025: Among the best pastry shops in Genoa! 🌟 Buzzi is a historic pastry shop, which churns out delicacies of all kinds. The croissants with chantilly cream are their strong point. There are also pistachio croissants, chocolate, braids with pecan nuts and maple syrup, Hollandaise, focaccia and an infinite number of pastries. The staff is friendly and the place is modern and well-kept.

23/08/2025: We had dinner there two nights. The food was very good and the place was welcoming. It's a great place to spend a quiet evening.

25/08/2025: It was a wonderful stop... a place immersed in nature and an overwhelming air... peaceful... full of silence... we ate really well... an unforgettable cheese focaccia and dessert... made with so much passion... the managers are welcoming people of great simplicity... everything was excellent, compliments... even the orange liqueur made by them... I wholeheartedly recommend stopping at this refuge... thanks again

28/08/2025: The best aperitif in Genoa. For just €17 per person, they offer cocktails (a wide selection), a shared appetizer platter, a pasta dish each, two pieces of cheese focaccia each, half a pizza each, and a pastry for dessert! Very friendly staff and a wide variety (the dishes change almost constantly).

26/08/2025: What can I say? Excellent place for an aperitif. Barman super prepared in all areas.... true compliments..... I recommend it for a good drink
