06/04/2025: Ristorante di alto livello sia dal punto qualitativo che dal.servizio veloce ed attento ai dettagli brave e sorridenti le ragazze bravissimo anzi top lo chef Prendiamo zuppetta di cozze sgusciate con panissa croccante , originale l accostamento,buonissimo, spaghetti affumicati con vongole veraci ,ottima la.mantecatura, Gli altri commensali: agnolotti ripieni di pesce si vedevano sublimi, tris di acciughe, capesante, antipasto tiepido di mare fritto misto per chiudere con dessert panerai sorbetto e millesfoglie Prezzo adeguato alla qualità e.in questo caso alla quantità delle portate e alle due ottime bottiglie di Ribolla Assolutamente 🔝

04/04/2025: Came here because of a recommendation from a good Italian friend and it did not disappoint. The portions are big, fresh and very tasty. A must eat is the fried seafood and the lasagne with pesto, a signature dish. Order a bottle of white local wine and you are set for enjoyment.

15/04/2025: A cult for Santa, right in the center, excellent cuisine and varied choice, very convivial atmosphere, a real trattoria with staff who are always courteous and welcoming. I go there often, it has a good value for money for couples, families and groups of friends. Highly recommended! Next to the restaurant there is also an excellent delicatessen for high quality takeaways and local products.

14/04/2025: Pure disappointment – ​​absolutely not recommended! I seriously wonder how this restaurant gets such good reviews - either they are fake or people have completely different expectations. The staff was completely overwhelmed and seemed haphazard and disinterested. You felt more like a nuisance than a guest. The food came in under five minutes - which should have been a warning sign. And indeed: carelessly prepared like in a school canteen, the taste is absolutely disappointing. The wine - which was served after the meal - tasted cheap.

15/04/2025: Very pleasant farmhouse, excellent food, top table service... we spent a wonderful Sunday in this place, very familiar and structured so that it is easy to communicate with the other guests... really a nice discovery... we will return perhaps with a nice sun... scones, eortica cutter and white pasta, raisins, pine nuts with sublime broccoli... ravioli with sauce 🔝, praise for the desserts, a hazelnut parfait and a really delicious tart....all really excellent quality at 0 km... for a cost of 30 euros each!! (starter + 2 first courses + 1 second course with side dish + desserts + 1 bottle of wine for every 4 people + coffee + bitters...what more do you want?!!)...highly recommended..

09/04/2025: Well-kept tavern where you can breathe a welcoming atmosphere. Friendly, smiling and extremely affable dining room staff, nothing to do with the clichés (!) of Ligurian hospitality ;). Refined cuisine without being snooty, decidedly fair portions and well-presented dishes. My choices, octopus with panko, spaghetti with sea urchins and dessert with 4 chocolates (the truly successful marriage with pineapple and coconut, compliments to the pastry chef) were absolutely satisfying. Honorable mention for the house wine, a 0 km product that surprised all the guests. Wonderful dinner with friends and two girls aged 4 and 5, a place to recommend!

26/09/2024: Da anni frequentiamo La Vermuteria e non siamo mai rimasti delusi!! La gestione ha creato un ambiente piacevole, godibile in tutte le stagioni ed il locale è situato in pieno centro, in una delle zone più belle di Chiavari. I cocktails di Simone sono poesia, oltre a quelli in lista, ne prepara anche di personalizzati sul momento...si piazzano sul mio personale podio!! La cucina è sempre squisita, con prodotti freschissimi e proposte stuzzicanti, mai banali!! Si sta davvero bene in Vermuteria ❤️

13/03/2025: Una gradito sorpresa nei giorni feriali a pranzo un menù a 13 € con scelta di piatti e porzioni abbondanti, servizio veloce , personale gentile in un ambiente accogliente ! Sicuramente da consigliare visto l’ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e la comodità a raggiungere a circa 1 km dal casello di Recco con ampia possibilità di parcheggio

09/03/2025: Grazie a Barbara abbiamo scoperto i segreti dei pansoti al sugo di noci! Il loro ripieno è fatto davvero con il "prebuggiun", un insieme di erbe selvatiche raccolte nei dintorni! Dietro il prezzo di un piatto pensiamo anche alla ricerca delle materie prime della tradizione. Grazie, Barbara di aver condiviso con noi la storia di questo piatto gustoso. È importante che il ristoratore trovi il tempo per narrare la propria cucina!

27/03/2025: Good and honest little restaurant. Abundant dishes, pleasant atmosphere. The only flaw is that every time I went there I was hassled along the adjacent street (coming from the seafront)

09/04/2025: Had an amazing experience here! I went for the all-you-can-eat option and was able to order anything from the menu. All the sashimi was incredibly fresh, and the portion sizes were generous. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious. The quality was way above what I expected for all-you-can-eat. Would definitely come back!

01/03/2025: Il locale è intrigante, atmosfera da bistrot con pochi tavoli ben apparecchiati. Sono venuto a pranzo con amici, era venerdì... Piatto del giorno lo stoccafisso, gioia per i nostri palati. Ottima la proposta dei vini.

01/03/2025: A pranzo in questo locale dell'entroterra genovese, a Pedemonte di Serra Riccò. Piuttosto grande, un po' di normale confusione... Inizio con un antipasto misto della casa composto da focaccine di patate, affettati, torte di verdura, insalata russa: buono. Proseguo con degli ottimi ravioli al ragù, il ragù davvero gustoso e ricco di carne; il tutto accompagnato da del buon barbera. Oltre al menù standard, già piuttosto ricco, presenti numerosi piatti fuori menù, correttamente citati in un menù a parte con relativi prezzi, cosa non molto usuale. Servizio molto cortese, prezzi nella media. Complessivamente una buona scelta.
