We booked for lunch during the week. The dishes we chose from both the menu and some off-menu options were excellent and high-quality, both for the fresh fish and the lovingly presented food. The staff were friendly and welcoming, with a delightful Ligurian touch.

We had lunch at this traditional restaurant where we were greeted with great kindness and pampered with exquisite dishes featuring the freshest fish caught by the owner Lorenzo. Compliments to him and his staff. We'll be back soon.

Authentic osteria, solid seafood cuisine. The place isn't pretentious in its aesthetics—something could use a bit of a makeover—but the food speaks for itself. The raw bluefish carpaccio is exceptional: I asked for seconds. The puntarelle with caper and anchovy sauce is exquisite. The gnocchi with lupini beans are well-executed, and the Buridda is tasty and flavorful. Quality ingredients, expertly prepared. Service is a bit disorganized—it's a busy Sunday, so orders were a bit inaccurate. The wine list still lacks a thorough understanding of Ligurian cuisine, which is a shame. Enjoy a family-style welcome from the friendly and affable owner Pippo and his young, expert staff. Spectacular views of the valley await you, as you savor flavorful dishes and time-honored recipes, such as appetizers with cured meats, vegetable pies, and other delicacies. Hand-crafted first courses include ravioli with ragù and pansoti with walnut sauce, followed by tagliolini with porcini mushrooms, lasagnette, or trofie with pesto. For main courses, the house specialty is a rich Italian-style fritto misto, enough to feed two. Meat lovers will appreciate Piedmontese Fassona tartare, roast beef with herbs, veal with tuna sauce, Ligurian-style rabbit with olives, battered cod with panissette, fried focaccia filled with cheese, fried porcini mushrooms, and more. Classic desserts like tiramisu, grandma's pudding with chocolate sauce, panna cotta, and a classic tart with homemade fruit compote. The wine cellar offers a wide selection of select wines, including house wines. Generous dishes and reasonable prices! The entire group was satisfied!

We ordered the SEAFOOD MENU, which included: "Cuculli" (a welcome dish), seared tuna, avocado, pink grapefruit, turmeric mayonnaise, and caramelized onions; red shrimp "bottoni" (small rounds) with their bisque and toasted almonds; pistachio-crusted croaker (small drumstick) with sweet potato cream. Everything was delicious, with generous portions and friendly service. To finish, a surprise heart-shaped dessert with strawberries and chocolate.
