01/12/2025: Excellent bakery in the Marassi area, with tempting and varied offerings. Always a bit of a line due to the crowds. The outdoor seating is well-equipped and warm, now in winter. Prices are average. Their breadsticks used to be better. The focaccia is quite good, but definitely not among the best in Genoa.

05/12/2025: So I go there every now and then! Very nice, of course, hahaha, but some of the employees who work there need to be taught not to flirt with other people's boyfriends. Because the employee who worked there with the red hair seems okay, she's a nice girl, but next time she needs to be professional and not act like a chicken with my boyfriend and smile and look at every excuse... what are you looking at?! He's already taken, my girl. It takes professionalism and above all a little respect... I go to eat chicken... not to watch someone act like a chicken with what's mine. So I don't even come anymore because if someone has to act like that, it's not professionalism, it's just a girl... I'm not even saying it. I've said it all. TEACH RESPECT FIRST. 😇

30/11/2025: This is my second time at KFC Genova Brignole and the experience was awful. The quality of the food was terrible. The chicken was not fresh at all; it was dry and tasted distinctively like leftover food that had been sitting out for too long. It is unacceptable to serve customers food of this quality. To make matters worse, my order was incomplete, as 2 salsa sauces were missing entirely. I am completely dissatisfied and will never buy from KFC again, especially the Genovese branches and specifically this one in Brignole.

20/01/2026: What's there to say?! You'll feel right at home! Very Italian, very Ligurian, and very traditional! Abundant, fresh dishes for both lunch and dinner! Truly not to be missed!! 🥰😋

26/12/2025: A truly fantastic pizzeria! They offer dozens of different kinds of pizzas, and that's all. But they make them absolutely perfect: a super crispy yet soft crust, flavorful toppings, and plenty of them. I've never been so full from a regular-sized pizza! There are plenty of staff who serve orders quickly and are also very friendly and helpful. Mille Grazie! I always love coming back here! 😎🏍️👍

07/02/2026: Small restaurant with a fresh seafood menu. Everything we ate was delicious: Taglierini with monkfish sauce, seafood carbonara, pan-fried squid, tuna tartare, and finally a wonderful dessert, tiramisu made with focaccia. The house Verduzzo sparkling white wine was excellent. Let's just say that a little more friendliness from the waiter (though very good and professional) wouldn't hurt, at least to say hello when customers come in. We'll definitely be back.

10/11/2025: A simple trattoria run by people who are passionate about their work and care about their customers. We often stop by with supplies, and both the owner and the girls are always available to serve you, even late. The food is excellent and they make you feel right at home. Highly recommended.

04/12/2025: Nice hotel — but a baffling and frustrating experience at the front desk. At check-in, we were greeted not with a welcome, but with a banner about a “gratitude payment” — essentially a voluntary tip scheme. Since we were only staying one night and had no meaningful interaction with staff, I called to opt out. I was told they would “check my bill” to make sure it was removed. Next morning? Still there. I was already on a business call while my family tried to check out, and instead of handling it smoothly, the staff insisted payment had to be made with a physical card. Out of patience, I tapped my phone — and it worked instantly. No apology, no acknowledgment, nothing. For a hotel claiming five stars, this felt more like amateur hour. Good service isn’t about surprise “gratitude fees” — it’s about communication, competence, and knowing when to get out of the way so guests can enjoy their stay — and actually get on with their planned journey without unnecessary friction. Edit: funny answer - did they even READ my post? I did call them the day before and it was still on the invoice.

01/12/2025: Beautifully decorated and clean hotel. Great breakfast and location. Unfortunately, the management falls short on customer service. We were “upgraded” to this hotel immediately after booking the neighbouring hotel, which we selected specifically for its spa. Nowhere was it communicated that the spa was unavailable at either hotels - from the time of booking right up until check in. At check in, the staff did not offer any compensatory or complimentary services to make up for this lack of critical communication.
