19/07/2025: A nice restaurant away from the traffic of the main street. Very friendly and helpful staff. Simple menu but with very unique dishes, including those off-menu. My only complaint about the restaurant was the fregola pasta with curry, coconut milk, and shrimp. Unfortunately, they overdid it with the curry, which masked all the other flavors. It's a shame, because the ingredients were worth it. Recommended and not too expensive.

22/08/2025: I never leave negative reviews because I believe a bad night can happen. But I think what happened to us needs to be reported: after the appetizers, our dishes were forgotten, and despite reminders, we waited over an hour before finding out what was happening. Apologies, justifications, or even wine were of little use: a beautiful evening was unacceptably ruined. With these prices (€115 for five appetizers + water—wine was complimentary), such a neglect is unacceptable. Incidentally, my appetizer (shrimp tartare for €25) was absolutely not worth the price. The place is beautiful, but everything else was a huge disappointment.

04/08/2025: The most enjoyable breakfast of our trip. The pastries are fantastic, the croissants too, and the coffee is worthy of Italy. The owners are lovely; they even made the effort to speak English with us. It's a real place to live where you can listen to classical music.

20/08/2025: A takeout place with tables and self-service options. We were pleasantly surprised; it's an incredible place with so much potential! Every bite was a culinary journey. I highly recommend it, at least once!

25/07/2025: Super mexican dishes experience, at least the food was delicious. You can either go for all you can eat (28E at that time) in small portions so you can taste everything, or you order normally. Staff (guess it was the owner) did recommend us when we were not sure what to pick, overall was really nice. Tip: check tripadvisor for offers, we got 50% discount on drinks cause we picked all you can eat, but that discount was normally for food.

21/07/2025: Non avevo mai provato l’esperienza dell’all you can eat messicano. Mi è piaciuto il format, mi sono piaciuti i piatti assaggiati, mi è piaciuta la sangria, ma soprattutto mi è piaciuta la disponibilità di Luca e di tutto lo staff a darci assistenza e accoglienza. Grazie! Alla prossima!

02/07/2025: An experience to remember I went to Trattoria Carlito and, although the service was a bit slow, understandably, given that there was only one person in the room, the kindness and professionalism with which I was welcomed made the wait completely acceptable. The food, simply, speaks for itself. I tried ravioli with saffron cream, shrimp, scampi and trumpet courgettes, truly sublime: a perfect balance of flavours and aromas, with a very successful combination. For dessert, a yogurt cake with red fruits, soft as a cloud. Despite the generous portion, not at all cloying. Light, fresh, perfect. I highly recommend this place to those who love good food. I will definitely be back, sooner or later. Thank you so much for the fantastic experience!

03/05/2025: Aperto nel 1979, questa gestione dal 2009. La sala dispone di 22 coperti. Chef Davide; in sala il patron Giampaolo Sanna. Piacevolissima musica jazz in sottofondo; la cena: Vino: - Vermentino di Sardegna DOC BioIntegrale az. Olianas. Pane bianco, focaccia e crostini maison. PRIMI: - tagliatelle con baccalà e punte di asparagi. - tagliolini con cozze e bottarga di muggine di Cabras. SECONDI: - acciughe impanate fritte e acciughe ripiene con zucchini fritti. - stoccafisso accomodato alla genovese. DESSERT: - frittelle di mele con uvetta. - semifreddo all'amaretto con salsa al cioccolato. Caffè a chiudere. La carta dei vini presenta 60 etichette anche al calice. Non è previsto il menù degustazione; à la carte 4 antipasti da 13,50 a 16€; 5 primi da 13,50 a 15€; 5 secondi da 17,50 a 18,50€; 4 dessert da 6,50 a 7€; è tutto consultabile nel sito web a parte alcune piccole differenze. C'eravamo stati a cena nel luglio del 2014 e ancora vivo era il ricordo della gentilezza di Giampaolo che ritroviamo anche oggi assieme alla curata cucina di tradizione; l'ambiente è lo stesso ma arricchito dalla storia dell'amaro Camatti appesa alla parete che allora non notammo. Umberto Briganti, l'inventore dell'amaro è il bisnonno di Chiara Degregori moglie di Giampaolo; il liquore porta il cognome di Teresa moglie di Umberto. Piacevoli le chiacchierate con Giampaolo durante tutto il pasto. A fine cena i nostri complimenti.

19/06/2025: Abbiamo scoperto questo ristorante a Natale per un pranzo in compagnia con gli amici della squadra di vela. Ne eravamo rimasti entusiasti ed abbiamo voluto provare a venire in coppia questo weekend. La sensazione é invariata. Il locale é rustico e semplice, in posizione tranquilla poco distante dalla S.P. che collega Genova a Carasco. Il menù é l'espressione della tradizione ligure con i ravioli (presentati anche con diversi sughi, oltre al "tuccu"), le lasagna e le tagliatelle. Secondi a base di carne dall'arrosto alla cima passando dal Coniggiu alla ligure. Le materie prime si sente che sono "a Km 0". Possibile anche l'antipasto con panissa, affettati ed insalata russa. Dolce fatto in casa. Rapporto qualità prezzo davvero ottimo. Consiglio di provarlo se amate la cucina ligure e volete mangiare bene spendendo il giusto.

09/06/2025: Su consiglio degli amici siamo venuti qui in questo posticino in mezzo al verde ed è stata un’ottima esperienza in quanto come primi piatti darei subito un 10 per i ravioli ai “tuccu …” fantastici ! Poi a seguire l’agnello e la cima con un favoloso dolce o frutta fresca con gelato, e per concludere caffè e ammazza caffè. Quindi che dire andateci di corsa …! 😂👍😜

14/07/2025: Very nice restaurant with a garden behind the house. The pizzas are amazing, and we really enjoyed everything else as well.

25/06/2025: Recently with friends, there were five of us, we had dinner at this beautiful pizzeria located in Bargagli, a town immersed in the nature of the Ligurian Apennines behind Genoa. You can also eat outside at the back in a delightful courtyard with beautiful flowers and plants. The menu offers classic Neapolitan pizzas (with a high crust) and some first and second courses as well as desserts according to what is prepared at home. The waitress's service was professional and courteous. The pizzas (wood oven) are tasty, digestible, well cooked. The owner is famous in the area for being a pizza project. The desserts are excellent. Perhaps the improvement could concern the choice of beers. The prices are absolutely honest. It is a place suitable for children. Recommended!!!

27/07/2025: We decided to visit La Lanterna based on its strong reviews, but unfortunately, we left disappointed. We ordered three dishes: the trofie al pesto, pansoti con salsa di noci, and grilled vegetables. All three arrived lukewarm or cold, giving the impression they weren’t freshly prepared. The trofie al pesto was decent, though unremarkable — but more concerning, we found what was clearly a fly in the dish (wings and legs intact). When we brought it to our waitress’s attention, she kindly took the plate to the kitchen. She was professional and understanding throughout. However, the dish was returned to us with the explanation — apparently from the chef or manager — that the “fly” was actually an ingredient from the pesto. We initially accepted this, but as the meal went on, it became clear the staff was not being forthright. If it truly wasn’t a fly, why had the “ingredient” been removed before the dish was returned? We chose not to press the issue further, but the way it was handled — offering no solution and brushing aside our concern — felt dismissive. The pansoti con salsa di noci was edible but tasted like it had been made with frozen pasta, was served cold, and lacked depth of flavor. The grilled vegetables were the most enjoyable part of the meal, though again, they arrived cold. While we didn’t enjoy the food, I do want to emphasize that our waitresses were very kind and attentive, and we appreciated their efforts. In all, this visit fell short of expectations. With so many great dining options nearby, I’d recommend looking elsewhere
