09/03/2026: I expected more from this historic restaurant. The farinata was well-cooked on one side with a pleasant crust, but on the other it was "mushy," as you can see in the photo! We had the gorgonzola farinata, but we weren't expecting it to be so diced between two slices; we thought it was actually mixed in with the dough. We were also disappointed that, despite arriving at opening time, half the main courses weren't available that day. The place was too noisy; we had to share a table with strangers. The service was generally inattentive and rushed! The price for two small portions of farinata, a first course, a tiramisu, and a sparkling water was €40... a bit steep!

15/02/2026: A typical Ligurian trattoria, a little dated but very characteristic. We tried it for lunch on a Sunday while stopping for a motorcycle tour in Lavagna. The place was very crowded, but the service was friendly and fast. Classic and simple recipes, typical of Ligurian cuisine. Good quality. Average prices.

08/01/2026: Beautiful place. The food is excellent. I ordered the pesto pasta for my daughter and she ate almost all of it. For ourselves, we ordered the fish of the day and the tagliata with Piedmontese beef. Truly a lovely experience; the wine was the best part. ❤️

19/01/2026: A truly beautiful pastry shop in the Sturla neighborhood. It has a neat counter with pastries and cakes on display; the breakfast area is slightly further away, facing the café. You can also enjoy your meal outside, overlooking the street, which gets plenty of sun. Compared to other pastry shops in Genoa, I think it's one of the best I've tried in recent years, considering its location, the selection, even at a late hour like 11:30, and the family atmosphere inside. I recommend sticking with it...

24/12/2025: A very elegant and modern restaurant in the heart of Genoa's historic center. The spaces are spacious and varied. They offer a traditional Ligurian menu with both seafood and meat dishes that changes based on the seasonality of the ingredients. Over the years, we've tried many dishes, and they're all excellent. It's rare to find restaurants where you can eat both fish and meat so well; the portions are generous and the prices are fair. The staff is made up of very young people, all friendly and very capable. They also have high chairs and a changing table (unfortunately, not a given). Highly recommended.
