13/05/2026: I feel sorry for the cook, because everything was good.
But the drinks are in small glasses with standard prices, but the worst thing is the rudeness of the waitresses.
There were three of us inside (without knowing each other), and we were all shocked by the rudeness.
12/05/2026: Excellent products, quality wine, beer, and bruschetta with a wide selection. Knowledgeable and patient staff, especially considering how busy this weekend was! Well done!

24/05/2026: I totally didnt expect to stumble upon an Eastern cuisine restaurant in the middle of Genoa. We immediately decided to have dinner here and it was a great choice. The restaurant offers a wide selection of meals typical of Poland, Ukraine and Hungary. We enjoyed borshch, dumplings, and sernik. All was amazing. The interior is quite funky, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The food definitely deserves praise – especially the delicious vegetable salad, which tastes just like Grandma's. The pierogi are fantastic, fresh, and well-seasoned, and the pea soup is a real hit – aromatic and filling. The buckwheat apple pie is delicious. 🤍
This is a place you'll want to come back to if you're looking for hearty, tasty food. I definitely recommend it! 😘

22/05/2026: We went there on a Sunday, drawn by its reputation as an excellent trattoria with excellent value, and I can confirm everything! We ate wonderfully, with generous and carefully prepared portions, traditional cuisine with a modern twist, and, unexpectedly, many of the dishes were entirely homemade, like the pesto and stuffed pasta, bread, and panfocaccia in abundance. Both the meat and fish were delicious, and the homemade desserts were superb, all in a family atmosphere with a great sense of humor—a truly precious thing!
The entire menu is definitely worth trying again and again. Congratulations!

09/06/2026: I was very satisfied. I have lived in Genoa for 50 years but I have never been there. The lunch was all excellent, especially the farinata. The service was impeccable, and since I was alone I had the opportunity to share a table with kind gentlemen. I will definitely return and... what have I missed in these years...
08/06/2026: This is where I recently had the best farinata of my life, by far. And I’ve had many. But this one was special, perhaps because of the oven, the fourth-generation owner with 100 years of experience, or a very particular recipe. Either way, it’s one of a kind. Go there and enjoy!

31/03/2026: Tonight I considered myself lucky to be in Genoa and be able to enjoy your farinata (to go).
Unfortunately, when I brought it to my home, I found a product that seemed not to have been freshly cooked but rather reheated before delivery, wrinkled and hard.
What a shame, 600 grams of nothing delicious.

10/05/2026: Authentic Genoese cuisine, carefully prepared dishes and a comprehensive wine list at excellent prices.
30/04/2026: I ordered pesto pasta and rabbit meat. The rabbit meat was delicious and had a real rustic feel, but it was a little tough.
There's a boxing gym in the building across from the restaurant, and during the day, spirited boxers are training there, shouting loudly, so if you're looking for a quiet atmosphere, dinner is probably a better option.

22/04/2026: The restaurant looks shabby from the outside, both the interior and the tables, but it's definitely nicer inside. The first courses we ordered were salty, the second courses were better, but definitely overpriced for what they offer.

06/04/2026: Outstanding hotel in a very convenient location, walking distance to the cruise port and train station. I wouldn't consider the rooms to be 5-star, but the common areas of the hotel definitely are. The tub/shower in the room was a miss, but everything else was fantastic.
02/04/2026: A first class 5 star hotel, with marvelous decor. Our room was queen size, bed was very comfy, coffee and tea is provided with minibar. The bathroom was clean and spacious with towel robes also provided. Breafast was superb. Close to shops and resteraunts, and train station few minutes walk away. Highly Recommended this hotel.

17/05/2026: We had an excellent experience at Locanda Tortuga. The atmosphere was elegant, the food was exceptional, and the service was outstanding. My partner and I truly enjoyed our evening and will certainly return.
From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and the staff remained attentive and courteous throughout the evening. The setting is beautiful, the ambiance is refined, and the dishes were both authentic and delicious. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable dining experience.

30/04/2026: Returned to this lovely little place. The food was excellent, and the service was very attentive and courteous. The wait was a little too long. Luckily, we had a table of wonderful friends! The chefs offered the sour cherry liqueur in delightful little glasses.

08/04/2026: The pizzas, service, and atmosphere were all excellent. Since the pizzeria is located on a hilltop, there was a fantastic view all the way to the sea. Free parking was available right next to the restaurant... we'd gladly return.
