17/06/2025: Excellent focaccia! I am a true lover of cheese focaccia and the ones you find here are really excellent, light, thin pastry, perfectly cooked and many different and original toppings. The ones with Cheese focaccia with gorgonzola and pears and with bacon and courgettes are good We also tried their appetizers: Fried anchovies, fried panissa and fried sage, truly exceptional! Recommended! You can also take away and eat on the beach or on the promenade.

09/05/2025: More than excellent quality, welcoming environment. Sometimes friendliness and excessive availability almost become a problem if they make waiting times excessively long.

16/06/2025: I went to Rosmarino on Saturday night to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. The ingredients were good, but the quantity/price ratio was very poor compared to other Slow Food restaurants I've been to. For example, I paid €17 for a dish with a skewer on which six calamari had been skewered and I had to pay for the side dish separately (€7 for some tomatoes). Luckily I wasn't that hungry, otherwise I would have left the table with a rumbling stomach. The only real flaw was the waiters who cleared our table when we still had the last bite in our mouths, a bit like they wanted to free up the seat right away... A real shame, because the excellent location would make the trattoria a beautiful place to eat in the evening. Despite everything, compliments again to the chef for the dessert of sweet focaccia and artisanal ice cream 😊

02/06/2025: Raramente mi è capitato di mangiare in un locale dove tutto è perfetto, all'oca bianca abbiamo trovato un servizio raffinato ed  elegante, materie prime di ottima qualità, piatti  molto originali e curatissimi disponibilità cortesia e altissima professionalità. Il locale è gestito da ragazzi giovani ma con una grandissima esperienza che sanno come prendersi cura del cliente  ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo Sicuramente torneremo grazie per averci fatto passare una serata davvero speciale

22/06/2025: A simple pizzeria without that annoying "Gourmet" sign that you usually find. Excellent and abundant pizzas served at a table with a white cotton tablecloth and napkins (and not paper) of excellent quality.

17/06/2025: FEEL GOOD!!!!! We met by chance one Sunday for lunch, we knew him by name from other people we booked at the last minute and we were lucky. The staff is so kind and helpful that not even in the 4 star resorts have they treated me like this. Let's move on to the top beers and the food too we had a very fresh meat carpaccio with a spectacular taste I then had the ribs in bbq sauce (I'm not crazy about the sauce) these cut themselves and my half Taglierini with ragù of... sorry I don't remember. Will I go back? Of course absolutely!

02/06/2025: In zona centrale, vicinissimo alla bella Via Garibaldi, è un locale curato e pulito. Il proprietario è stato cortese e simpatico e ci ha offerto un tavolo tranquillo dove abbiamo gustato una cena preparata con ingredienti di qualità. Ottimi gli antipasti, molto buoni i primi, gradevole il calice di vino rosso e strepitosi i dolci. La bavarese con zabaione è la migliore che abbia mai mangiato. Il conto è stato assolutamente adeguato. Complimenti a Au Cafè :)

04/05/2025: Beautiful location located above Arenzano, certainly spectacular in the summer. Inspired by word of mouth from "trusted" friends and some promotional reels of the restaurant, we made a reservation for dinner. Welcoming environment and young and very kind staff, who welcome us with a welcome drink accompanied by a very welcome platter of farinata. We ordered 2 portions of ravioli to share, very good and more than enough for 3 people. We then ordered the catch of the day, a sea bass for 2, cooked in the oven with potatoes, mussels, cherry tomatoes and olives on the side, very fresh, served clean and on a plate, truly excellent. I opted for a steak to also taste the meat, so well presented and advertised in their videos... what can I say? Fantastic!! Perfect medium cooking served on the plate to keep it at temperature.. Satisfied and satisfied we immediately moved on to the coffee, even though the desserts we saw passing by looked very inviting...maybe for next time!! Correct account for the quality of the raw material. Well done, we will definitely be back.

08/06/2025: Cosy place. Great food. We liked the vongole orecchiette , seafood salad, lobster catalana and the vegetables. Excellent and attentive service. We will go back for their famous " crudo".

The menu is never predictable, forget about tourist menus. Friendly and very competent service. The cellar is a real gem with a continuous selection of wines and cellars of absolute interest. Every dinner is a journey through flavour and continuous discovery. Well done.

18/05/2025: A simple and refined environment. The dishes taste not only good, but also passionate (you can feel the love and dedication that the two young chefs put into all the courses). The ingredients are of excellent quality. Super super highly recommended!!!

23/05/2025: È raro uscire da un ristorante con la sensazione di aver vissuto qualcosa di davvero speciale, ma è esattamente quello che è successo dopo la cena da Hostaria Ducale. Ci siamo trovati lì quasi per caso, in una serata genovese di pioggia leggera, e sin dall’ingresso abbiamo percepito una cura fuori dal comune. Il locale è raccolto, intimo, arredato con gusto ma senza ostentazioni. Non c'è musica di sottofondo: solo voci basse, piatti che arrivano con grazia, e una certa sospensione del tempo. Il servizio è stato impeccabile. I camerieri si muovono in silenzio, presenti ma mai invadenti. Una ragazza in particolare ci ha accompagnati per tutta la cena con discrezione e gentilezza, rispondendo alle nostre curiosità con chiarezza e senza fretta. Non c’è nulla di affettato nei loro modi: si sente che ci tengono davvero a farti stare bene. Abbiamo scelto il percorso degustazione da otto portate, e ogni piatto è stato un piccolo viaggio. Indimenticabile il risotto con anguilla affumicata, un equilibrio perfetto tra cremosità, affumicatura e acidità. Il piccione con foie gras è arrivato come un’opera teatrale ben costruita: cottura magistrale, sapori profondi, senza eccessi. Anche i dessert, spesso trascurati altrove, qui brillano per inventiva e precisione.

And the service is fantastic; I've never experienced anything like it. There are so many delicious snacks to go with the drinks, and all for free! A cocktail costs €10, but it's also incredibly delicious. I highly recommend the strawberry daigiri. The location is close to the street, but if you get a table further inside, it's not too much of a problem. I can wholeheartedly recommend this bar!
