E non condivido nemmeno il fatto che si dica che le persone vanno lì per bere e non per mangiare . 16/03/2025: Fabulous place created from an old customs house. Stone and brick rooms with windows overlooking the river. Very very beautiful. Friendly and attentive staff. Excellent dishes. Reasonable prices. We took a cold cuts platter with cheeses and jams and four first courses, water, wine and coffee. We stayed one afternoon with the family. The town in the mountains in itself already gives you serenity. Highly recommended.

11/02/2025: Great restaurant, to do again and again. Nice dinner with very good service, the team is very friendly, the oenologist is very professional and also very nice. The dishes are really excellent. A little difficult to park but in Liguria it's usual! Perhaps to do in summer to benefit from the sunset. Don’t forget to book in advance….quality + sympathy requires 😀

14/03/2025: You can't get more than 5 stars, but I would give it 100! Last night I celebrated my father's birthday with the whole family and 23 super happy and delighted people like I've never seen! A spectacular welcome and food from a starred restaurant, but in quantity! So everyone is very happy with satisfied bellies, thanks Ostaietta, yesterday's magnificent evening will remain in the memories of all my family 🥰

13/03/2025: I ate very well, the grilled octopus is top notch, the fried fish was excellent and I have rarely tasted such good zabaglione. The service is a little slow but justified by the care taken with the dishes, which are also enviable in their presentation. Polite and friendly staff, I had already been once and, amazed by the quality of the dishes, tonight I brought my family, and I can say that they were all more than satisfied. I will definitely come back

13/02/2025: Abbiamo mangiato in famiglia in questo ristorante. Eravamo sempre andati in estate e sinceramente ci siamo sempre trovati bene. A Febbraio , siamo entrati e faceva veramente freddo , infatti la stufa era spenta. L ho fatto notare e ci è stato risposto che si era appena spenta. Nessuno ha provveduto a riaccenderla. Ho mangiato con il piumino .Non è una risposta da dare a un cliente. Aldilà del fatto che si mangia bene , ci sono modi e modi di rispondere alla clientela. Comunque non possiamo dire nulla di negativo sul mangiare . Consigliato per il rapporto qualità prezzo. È giusto però far notare ciò che si può facilmente migliorare.

19/03/2025: Definetaly a 5 star dining experience. Food quality is above expectations, service is friendly with good recommendations both on food and wines. On the negative side: avoid seats next to the rest room; the songs playlist is way too short, it repeats in about an hour:) Prices are generous for such quality. Highly recommended place. Do not worry, it is a bit hidden after a narrow alley, but it is a safe place.

20/02/2025: Sabato sera, Cucina Valoria è stata un’incredibile scoperta. Appena entri nel ristorante comprendi che non sei in un semplice ristorante, ma sei al RISTORANTE, nel quale sei accompagnato alla scoperta del sapore e della novità , insomma da Valoria puoi provare un’esperienza unica , incentrata su un’escalation di profumi. La cena inizia con un entrée di benvenuto, accompagnato da pane e focaccia e proseguiamo con il polpo su una delicata purea dello stesso, semplicemente ed incredibilmente squisita. Il massimo lo raggiungiamo con i ravioli di pesce e con la zuppa di pesce , preparati dallo chef in persona e aveva tutto un gusto sublime. Inoltre, il contesto risulta suggestivo e il personale si manifesta accogliente e disponibile .

04/04/2025: Couldn’t be happier. Had the mixed fish grill and Costate (bone-in ribeye) which was amazing. Also all other guests seemed to be very happy with their food. And, to top it all off, the staff is genuinely welcoming. Please go.

31/03/2025: Great simple but very cute local experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. Prices more than fair! Spectacular view of Genoa! That alone is worth the trip. There is parking in the restaurant but given the road I recommend scooters or small cars.

28/12/2024: Elegimos este restaurante por sus opciones vegetarianas - el propietario nos aseguró que había un montón. Los había, y todos estaban deliciosos y cuidadosamente preparados y presentados. También muy buena relación calidad-precio. Recomendamos las papas trituradas, la ratatouille descompuesta, los ñoquis castaños, el filete de falda y el atún. Los postres eran menos interesantes, pero en general este es un excelente restaurante con una anfitriona y cocinera elegante.
