We finally managed to return to Chiara's, which, despite its late morning opening at 9:00 AM, is open even earlier, and the breakfasts she serves are once again a total pleasure. She always welcomes you with professionalism and a smile, which help give you a positive boost for the rest of the day. Thank you.

Fantastic food and service. Very reasonable prices. 10/10 would go again! Get the stuffed pasta with the walnut sauce. It is glorious!

A very nice place if you like people-watching and enjoying a great (!) coffee and a snack. The gentleman behind the bar is veeeery well-suited for this difficult job. He supports one of the two teams in beautiful Genoa. Which one? I won't say!

Located in the heart of the historic center, it offers gastronomic delights in keeping with Ligurian tradition. Tasty, beautifully presented dishes are paired with fine wine. The service was very good, and they had good prices for the "adunata degli alpini" (mountain pasture). Although it's small, it has a more comfortable outdoor area outside the café. It's a shame there's no distinction between smoking and non-smoking areas, meaning you have to eat your breakfast inhaling the unpleasant smoke of those who smoke. But I noticed this everywhere in Italy. Apart from that, I liked that they had gluten-free and dairy-free options, and the staff were very friendly and kind.

21/05/2026: My husband and I discovered this local favorite, and we’re so glad we did. The fresh pasta was absolutely delicious, flavorful, perfectly prepared, and clearly made with care. Chef Davide was incredibly warm and welcoming, and even took the time to sit and chat with us for a while, which made the experience feel even more special and personal. After spending time here, we completely understand why this place is such a local favorite. Great food, great hospitality, and an experience we’ll never forget. Don’t sleep on this one 🤌🇮🇹🍝

18/07/2026: You absolutely must try it. I'm no expert, but the dough seems to be sourdough, not yeast. Phenomenal!
