I agree with the comment below.. the food is simply amazing! This is the best octopus I've ever eaten 😍 Very tasty. But the service is terrible! Why isn't each waiter assigned a stand on the terrace, it would be easier for them and they wouldn't get confused. The guy waiter took the order, I asked for a glass of prosecco as an aperitif, and a glass of white wine with the main course. He even recommended which one. They bring the octopus, a girl waiter comes up and asks you for wine? I say yes.. She tries to pour white wine into my prosecco glass. I tell her no, there's prosecco here. She leaves, the guy waiter comes and brings me another glass of prosecco 😂😂😂😂😂 I didn't say anything, either the waiters were tired or they don't know how to do their jobs, I don't know. But it was strange for an establishment of this level. There was a French couple sitting in front of me, and they weren't very happy either, and their dishes were mixed up. But I'll be honest, they're much friendlier with Italians! They don't like tourists here 😂 Kudos to the chefs! The service is minus 2 stars.

We discovered the beautiful Santa Teresa in the heart of the historical part of Genoa and absolutely fell in love with this charming little place. The atmosphere is warm, authentic, and full of Italian soul, with such a romantic feeling hidden among the old streets of the city. The food was delicious, fresh, and prepared with so much care, while the service was genuinely kind and welcoming. A perfect spot to enjoy the true spirit of Genoa in a cosy and elegant setting. We will definitely come back again 🌷

We sat at a table outside, they offered us water with or without gas, then we had to wait 10 minutes for them to take our order, they promised to cook it in 10 minutes, but they only brought the order in 20!
But the pasta carbonara is delicious, I recommend it, we went to several restaurants, they didn't have it there!

Good food, good wine, and friendly, helpful service. Flexible hours are a plus. The outdoor seating isn't very comfortable, and there's a lot of traffic nearby.

Had a wonderful Sunday lunch at Ristorante Santa Teresa. Tutto Bene! It's a delightful environment (the place comprises multiple rooms so there aren't too many people in any one area, and there are several outdoor tables available) and the service was attentive, friendly, and helpful.

A fantastic experience at Santa Teresa. The cuisine was top-notch: delicious dishes, quality ingredients, and meticulously presented.
Huge credit goes to Federico, the waiter who looked after us all evening. He was professional, kind, and always there with the right smile at the right time. You could tell he loves his job.
We had a wonderful time from start to finish. Highly recommended, we'll be back!

We stopped by around 20:00 hoping to get a table and were able to sit outside, in front of the restaurant. We had the fried anchovies, pasta with pesto, Ligurian Sea Bass and Tiramisu along with a bottle of house white wine…. A great experience all the way around. Everything was fresh, nicely prepared and delicious. The wait staff were friendly and helpful - attentive but non intrusive. And the tempo of the meal was perfect for us. I’d happily eat here again!
