Spectacular views, excellent service, and incredible food! Simple, informal, yet meticulously prepared! Cleanliness (unfortunately not always a given) and attentive customer service, even when it's packed (always!) Never rushed, never long waits, never a bad dish. And that's just my experience of about ten times! I've tried practically the entire menu, and I have to say it's always excellent! Even the simple cuculli are nice and dry, with no strange flavors from previous fried foods... as they say, a good start to the day begins in the morning. At least once a month, I treat myself to an evening at the Monte!
