Tiny little place but they have great outdoor seating in the piazza around the corner. 5 stars for both the tagliatelle al portofino and the testaroli al pesto. Great local wine. Wonderful service.

We returned for lunch and were welcomed with warm, lively energy from the staff. The traditional focaccia al formaggio was a real treasure, and the fresh pasta was packed with amazing flavor. We also enjoyed refreshing cocktails while sitting outside in a cozy Italian corner full of charm. We had an excellent experience at Locanda Tortuga. The atmosphere was elegant, the food was exceptional, and the service was outstanding.
