I placed an order online. A sandwich arrived missing. I immediately called the store to tell them. They said they were sorry, but there was a mix-up. Unfortunately, they can't give me the missing sandwich because it's their policy to request a refund, or to come back the next day and they'll give me a voucher. I find this absurd, especially since I ordered and paid for three people, and in the end, two people eat. Maybe they should pay more attention to orders and accommodate the customer.
