28/09/2025: The drinks were really good, but the service was quite slow. We ordered a large platter, which, in my opinion, wasn't large at all and was overpriced for what was on offer, although the quality of the products was quite good. Note that bread or focaccia are not served to accompany the cured meats and cheeses: to get them, you must order a white pinsa separately (for an extra charge), otherwise you have to eat them yourself. Another negative was the bill: it wasn't possible to split it based on what each person consumed (personal drinks plus the portion of the platter). In the end, only one person had to pay the full amount, as this was considered "too complicated." If you're just looking for a drink, I recommend it, as they're truly excellent. If you're planning on a full aperitivo with something to eat, honestly, there are better options in the area with a more affordable quality/price ratio.

I highly recommend this pizzeria with its wide variety of menu choices. Everything was excellent. We'll definitely be back.

29/11/2025: A paradise in the tranquility of Tuscia! A charming place, welcoming staff, authentic cuisine that preserves tradition while also embracing innovation. Letizia, the owner, is the real highlight: kind and welcoming, she opens the doors of her home to you and makes you feel right at home. An experience I highly recommend. Whenever we want to escape the city, we retreat to Orto di Hans and return feeling refreshed!

04/07/2025: ….. Molto calda e stanchi del viaggio. Arrivati a Viterbo siamo stati attirati da questa trattoria vicinissima al nostro albergo. Mangiato molto bene con specialità tradizionali in un ambiente dal sapore antico. Buone le fettuccine al tartufo come pure i lombrichi al pesto di zucchine. Buonissimi gli straccetti e un servizio gentile e cordiale. Da consigliare sicuramente!

09/11/2025: We've tried giving them one last chance several times: One time the pizza arrived charred, another with unwanted ingredients, another with sausage and fries, only sausage, arugula instead of salad, we asked for cheddar and the owner said, "We don't do these strange things," when there's a pizza on the menu with cheddar... and so many other episodes... I'd add that it can happen. The problem is that we call during the week, on Tuesdays, when there's no crowds and no rush, and you always make us one! I can't imagine what you feed people on Saturdays... 😂🤦‍♀️ The pizza chef is excellent and the ingredients are good, the problem is the baker and the other rude staff, and you need to improve your takeout. Clean your ears, maybe you're making a mistake with your deliveries. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT! You've lost regular customers, and we'll get terrible publicity—you deserve that! When I pointed these things out, the owner couldn't find a solution; in fact, she told me "there's nothing they can do" when I asked her to bring the saltimbocca back intact and untouched because it was CHARRED, considering I paid €15 for it. It really needs to be closed down!! NEVER AGAIN 👋
