04/04/2024: I have frequented many places in Viterbo being a local, but I must admit that this is one of the best. First of all, the excellent quality/price ratio, we tried the starter, first course, second course and dessert, all really excellent especially considering the price. We tried two types of wines, one low priced and one slightly higher priced and both suitable for what we ate. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, above all helpful. Of particular note is my case as I have been celiac for 20 years and in the area I have never found a restaurant that had all the possible quality gluten-free options, starting from the bread (which is not to be taken for granted), through to the starter especially for me. with the same things as the one with gluten and for tagliatelle (schar) and, finally, also second courses specifically for celiacs. As for the dessert, they were supplied by Casantini (in my opinion the best gluten-free pastry shop in Viterbo). They made me feel without any discomfort about celiac disease, in fact quite the opposite. The owner was very courteous and professional, with a lot of experience. There are very few places like this. Not to mention the location and the atmosphere which can be both romantic and familiar at the same time. In conclusion, we saw the foreign part and I can't wait to go there in the summer to eat so well next to a pond with ducks!
