Le Onde In Viterbo

We were guests of the Le Onde Resort restaurant just last night. A welcoming, elegant and modern environment. A splendid location also for a poolside party or for events such as weddings and ceremonies. We ate very well at the restaurant. A cuisine that surprised us with its quality and innovation. Balanced menu and top wine list. Top hosts. Thanks for everything... we'll be back soon.

The managers are very nice and courteous, excellent food and always clean swimming pool, they also make an excellent spritz

Sono tornato con famiglia e amici in questo ristorante per la serata di capodanno, come già fatto lo scorso anno. Bella serata con menu ottimo, tutto gourmet, chef validissimo. È chiaro che se ti aspetti fettina panata e patatine fritte puoi rimanere deluso. Prezzo (100 euro) congruo anzi apprezzabile per la serata con musica dal vivo. In un'ottica costruttiva segnalo alla direzione alcune cose da rivedere: presenza di un tavolo con molti bambini rumorosi, da evitare per capodanno; mezzanotte senza spumante sul tavolo, non è bello fare la fila per un sorso di spumante; scelta musicale poco adatta per il tipo di serata. Arredo locale e allestimento tavoli meno brillante dello scorso anno. Piccole cose facilmente recuperabili che cmq non hanno pregiudicato una eccellente serata.

Excellent visual and taste experience! This time we chose a tasting menu. The red mullet and octopus are excellent!😋 Incredibly interesting basil ice cream!😍 I add the experience I had on 31 December 2023: the cuttlefish tagliatelle, the tuna tartare and the mandarin sorbet (just to name a few) were exceptional! It is a very nice and particular place. Surrounded by greenery, well equipped and very close to many interesting attractions. Clean and welcoming rooms, excellent restaurant and all the staff are helpful and attentive. Ideal place for a short holiday. Affordable prices for both accommodation and the restaurant. We will have the pleasure of returning.
