It was a very good place to go in the town for years, after the handover from mother to son it's not nearly as good anymore, very disorganized despite reservations for 20 people. The Zuppa Inglese is still very good.

They were pretty gracious with our non-italian speaking group, ordering vegetarian type food was a little challenge but they definitely had options. The food was good quality, seemed to be very local in style and the table on the piazza looking out over the countryside was REALLY memorable.

Che dire? Ci aspettavamo un esperienza da 5 stelle, 3 stelle per migliorare alcuni aspetti:
Servizio, un po' confusionario, abbiamo chiesto i formaggi, ci sono arrivati i salumi... Ma va bene, tanto se mangnamo tutto... 😂
Abbiamo finalmente ordinato i formaggi e devo dire che la qualità era sicuramente elevata, voto 10, una lode alla ricotta.
I primi senza infamia e senza lode, diciamo che l'idea che ci eravamo fatti e la portata arrivata era tutt'altro che del piatto tipico, la carbonara al tartufo aveva smarrito l'uovo e le fettuccine funghi e guanciale mancavano di carattere.
Per il resto l'esperienza è stata positiva, ma non soddisfacente (ed era quella la nostra aspettativa)

Inserito in un contesto bellissimo dirimpetto al belvedere.
Il locale è ben arredato in uno stile che ben si integra con quello che lo circonda.
Il personale è gentile e disponibile.
Il menù è di ottimo livello incentrato prevalentemente sui prodotti locali.
Promosso e consigliato.

Today I had lunch in this place, everything was excellent, but the bujone lamb was the top dish!!! Perfect. Attentive and courteous staff, comfortable environment.
