Excellent restaurant, with a great focus on gluten-free options and excellent pizza. But the real highlight is Sandro, the best waiter I've ever met, a wonderful person!!

It really deserves a nice review...very good pizza and even better desserts but the strong point is definitely the kindness, politeness and courtesy...cuisine and ways of doing things from another era!

22/04/2026: The old taverns from when we were young, where you can still get a good meal for a reasonable price. Food quality 8.5. Fabulous trifle (so I don't like it...) Don't expect fancy dishes, but rather "the ones from the past".
16/02/2026: A family-run trattoria, in every sense of the word, with the feel of grandma's house and quality traditional cuisine. Traditional ingredients are used. Coming down from Terminillo after a morning in the snow and having lunch here is priceless. Congratulations.

17/04/2026: Good food. Very attentive to intolerances and gluten-free contamination. Friendly, perhaps a little slow with service, but nothing serious. They even offered us a digestif. Recommended.
11/04/2026: Pizza, arrosticini, and ice cream in the beautiful and warm warehouses of the last century glass factory.
