Very Sabine foods. The first courses were delicious, with generous portions. Lovely setting and very friendly staff

Fast, attentive and courteous service. Compact menu, two starters, three first courses, 5/6 second courses. What we tried was delicious: focaccine with mortadella, Sabine strangozzi and pappardelle with wild asparagus. To finish, a delicious cheesecake and lemon tart. The menu changes frequently, in accordance with the season and availability. Never was a chance discovery luckier!

Every Carnival I have the healthy habit of bringing my family to enjoy the good cuisine of Emporio 48 and so it was again this year. Now it's safe to go to Chiara and Federico, is there the same menu as last year? Very good!! It's exactly what I wanted! Roast beef with pistachio and crispy onion is a specialty, but eat it slowly, enjoy it, and who knows, you might be left with a bit of sadness because you ate it all..... It's not the classic everyday flavor, but it's worth eating it at least once, but be careful, it can be "addictive"...

Found by chance while desperately looking for a place to have New Year's Eve lunch... it will become a regular stop because everything was fantastic! Genuine food, prepared with care and with generous portions just the way I like them. Kind and impeccable service. Family atmosphere. Fantastic value for money!

È un piccolo ristorante con pochi tavoli interni a cui se ne aggiungono altri nelle belle giornate o nel periodo caldo all’esterno sulla piazza più importante del paese. Lo frequento con una certa assiduità insieme a mio fratello e ci troviamo sempre bene anche se forse preferirebbero che non avessimo il cane. Tutto quello che abbiamo provato sino ad oggi è sempre stato di ottima qualità, molto buona la trippa e l’’arrosto di manzo con pistacchi. Il vino della casa è anch’esso, di buona qualità credo di produzione locale. Lo chef molto cordiale mentre il personale di sala, pur se cortese e gentile, talvolta è un po’ “ruvido”. Torneremo volentieri…

I'm always spoiled for choice! They offer a menu of the day which in my opinion is always better than a fixed menu on the menu. From appetizers to desserts, generous portions and fresh products, the place is small but welcoming, the professional staff ready to satisfy all your needs. The wine list and local bitters are also good! It's the second time I've been there and it won't be the last. Until we meet again!

Small but characteristic and inviting location, super delicious typical dishes, abundant and above all GOOD. Courteous and very friendly staff. The kitten outside the door of the restaurant waiting for its meal as usual is an additional positive note. Highly recommended
