Hotel Ristorante Il Castagneto In Amatrice

Recommended by the girl who works in the bar a few steps from this wonderful hotel, I wanted to try Amatriciana and I came across the "barchetta". All good, I must say that I had higher expectations but I left satisfied. They should work a little more on the visual warmth (the environment was too sterile) and pay more attention to the service (I had to get up from the table to remember to bring me a drink and bring me bread) but, probably, one waiter alone he is not able to follow all those tables. Still recommended.

Beautiful structure rebuilt and modernized very well. Equipped with a large restaurant room. The room clean and well heated. Very helpful owners.

I spent a long weekend in this facility in Amatrice: comfortable hotel and comfortable, warm rooms with a bed with a more than comfortable mattress, where I slept very well. The restaurant is managed by a very good and courteous chef who made us enjoy many delicacies, together with a selected wine cellar. We were assisted, if I may say so, by Massimo Pace on every detail relating to our stay. The structure is new, comfortable and beautiful and deserves a visit not only for the excellent quality/price ratio but also for its centrality, in the context of Amatrice, where you can reach the shopping centers on foot and the location is well-kept and welcoming. I recommend it for a more or less long holiday in a beautiful land, with amazing cuisine and I will certainly return. Compliments.

Ho passato un week end lungo in questa struttura di Amatrice:albergo confortevole e stanze comode,calde e con un letto dal materasso più che confortevole, dove ho dormito benissimo. Il ristorante è gestito da un bravissimo e cortese chef che ci ha fatto gustare tante prelibatezze, unitamente ad una selezionata cantina dei vini.Siamo stati assistiti ,se così si può dire,da Massimo Pace su ogni dettaglio inerente il nostro soggiorno. La struttura è nuova,confortevole e bella e merita una visita non solo per l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo ma anche per la centralità, nel contesto di Amatrice, dove si possono raggiungere a piedi i centri commerciali e la location è curata ed accogliente. Lo consiglio per una vacanza più o meno lunga in una terra bellissima, dalla cucina strepitosa e certamente vi tornerò. Complimenti.

Un locale nuovo e spazioso, con cibo di buona qualità, non do 5 stelle perché la pasta, tra l'altro condita egregiamente, era un po' troppo cotta, ottimo tutto il resto, da migliorare la scelta dei dolci, ma la crostata era ottima.Ci tornerò sicuramente
