How wonderful it is to be back at the Pilot House. Simple but authentic local dishes. Very fast service and the lady was very welcoming. Thank you.

A rustic, welcoming place with delicious local dishes. The pasta was cooked to perfection, the dessert was excellent, and the coffee was good too! We'll definitely be back.

01/04/2026: A special place, excellent and plentiful food, and courteous, friendly, and very welcoming staff. I absolutely recommend eating at this restaurant if you're in Amatrice. Just the appetizer will tell you you're in the right place.
28/03/2026: The food is good, no doubt. But you have to choose the classic "any day," when there's no rush. The service is good, but initially a bit slow because it's limited by the day's special (amatriciana day). The atmosphere is informal, like a classic Sunday restaurant.
