25/01/2026: A small and welcoming restaurant. The menu features traditional local dishes and reinterpretations, using local ingredients (such as pasta, homemade compotes, and much more). The wine list offers a selection of Lazio, Marche, and Abruzzo wines.
There were four of us and we ordered three first courses, one appetizer, four second courses, and three desserts. Water and a bottle of white wine were also included. We spent about €38 per person. I highly recommend it.

16/12/2025: A welcoming atmosphere, set in a charming and picturesque square. The staff is polite and friendly, and the dishes are beautifully crafted with authentic and genuine flavors. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality and quantity of the ingredients, and the customers are also friendly and welcoming.

06/01/2026: Went to a restaurant with friends on Epiphany Day: everything was great, food, service (the waiters were really kind and attentive, always smiling). I was a guest, so I don't know the bill, but from the menu, the prices seemed average.
Highly recommended!

The quality and professionalism of this establishment are excellent, and the hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained. A truly special touch of class in the province of Rieti. 25/12/2025: We went for Christmas lunch. The intimate atmosphere made us feel right at home. The food was excellent, and you could taste the quality of the ingredients. The owners told us a little about how they opened the restaurant, and were truly kind and welcoming. Highly recommended!

21/02/2026: I'm absolutely sorry, but I can't repeat it. The very friendly staff, however, can't make up for the poor quality. Meat is served cold, vegetables are the same, and water is hot.

06/12/2025: Excellent experience, but I had no doubts. The appetizer was carefully prepared and plentiful, using quality ingredients.
The gnocchi with truffles were very good.
And the scrambled egg with truffles, which in my opinion is worth the trip from Rome. Also noteworthy are the very tasty baked potatoes.
We're local and know the local restaurants well, and here the food and hospitality are on a whole new level, not like a trattoria.
The wine list is well-stocked and reasonably priced. We'll be back, especially for the meat, which is definitely worth trying.

05/01/2026: A charming place. We stayed in early January. We were two families with children, and they assigned us two adjoining, independent rooms, which were very comfortable. The weather was bad, and they were very kind in lending us the cards. The food was excellent, and the staff were really friendly. We definitely want to return in the summer to enjoy the woodland treks we missed. Highly recommended!
31/12/2025: This agriturismo is a true haven of hospitality, with its open fireplace, warm atmosphere, and welcoming staff. You immediately feel at home. The food is divine, featuring typical Salto products, especially the pappardelle with sheep's milk sauce (exceptional). The menu changes daily and is expertly prepared, offering two or more choices. The appetizer is one of the best I've ever eaten, using mostly farm-grown produce. It's always open and in a beautiful area just steps from Salto Lake. The owner is very welcoming and truly believes in what he does! The prices are excellent.
