23/03/2025: Vacanze fatte a inizio settimana e purtroppo come in tanti piccoli borghi c’è la possibilità di trovare tutto chiuso,soprattutto la sera per cena ed e’ qui che troviamo la nostra cara Ristoratrice Isaura dell ‘Hosteria di Bacco che con una telefonata si è sempre messa a disposizione anche quando eravamo solo noi due a prenotare , deliziandoci ogni sera con pietanze diverse e sempre buonissime.Grazie Signora Isaura molto affettuosa e bravissima nel suo lavoro. 09/03/2025: Il menu propone piatti dal sapore autentico, con ingredienti freschi e di qualità e un'ottima selezione di vini. Imperdibili la gricia al tartufo e l'agnello fritto impanato. L'ambiente è accogliente e intimo (per le giornate più calde c'è la terrazza con una vista bellissima). Il servizio è stato impeccabile, con un personale molto attento e cordiale.

01/01/2025: It's really worth it, beyond the rubble of this splendid town, stands this restaurant which makes you feel at home right from the moment you welcome it. We had lunch with lots of brats in tow and I must admit that we had a great time, really high quality local food and products, good service and a truly suggestive location.

12/01/2025: Sono stata recentemente in questo ristorante e posso dire che ogni piatto è accompagnato da una spiegazione che valorizza la provenienza degli ingredienti, spesso biologici e a chilometro zero. Il personale è attento e cordiale, rendendo l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Consiglio questo ristorante a chi cerca una cucina raffinata e genuina!

10/01/2025: Un posto perfetto per chi ama le cose semplici e autentiche, ma fatte con grande cura. È il classico ristorantino dove si torna volentieri, magari portando amici o famiglia per condividere l'esperienza. Prezzi onesti e qualità altissima.

02/03/2025: Locale rustico con proprietari gentili ed accoglienti. Rapporto qualità prezzo adeguato, cibo ben cucinato. Gradito il pensiero di fine pasto, ci sono state offerte frappe e castagnole per il carnevale, ma avendo gentilmente rifiutato perché già sazi, ci sono state confezionate per poterle portar via.

01/03/2025: Il locale è un pò nascosto rispetto alla Salaria ma comunque facilmente raggiungibile. Il locale dispone di un parcheggio privato adiacente al locale. Il locale è arredato in stile rustico. Il personale di servizio si è mostrato cortese, disponibile e gentile. Il proprietario conosciuto al momento di pagare è stato molto simpatico. Ottima la cucina così come il rapporto qualità/quantità/prezzo. Esperienza positiva.

09/03/2025: Noble gentlemen, I address you with a heart full of indignation, but with the due grace that etiquette requires, after an experience bordering on outrage at the restaurant in question. Alas, my visit was marked by a glaring setback, which unfortunately I cannot ignore. A dish was brought to me which, at first glance, seemed to promise greatness: a matriciana prepared with laudable intention. However, when my gaze fell on it, I was struck by a dismay that only an experienced knight like me can understand. The meat, which should have been the triumph of a tasty and succulent bacon, lay, alas, burnt, blackened and dry, as if the cook had taken an oath to betray every promise of goodness. And like the flame of defeat that inflames the soul, so the incinerated pillow burned in my mind, instilling a deep sadness. Unfortunately, it is not only the culinary technique that betrayed me, but also the lack of attention that tarnished the service: the dish, despite the obvious burn, was brought to my table without even a word of apology, without any apology for the misery that had been offered to me. I can't help but feel the weight of a disappointment that leaves no room for hope. In conclusion, while recognizing the greatness of the places where talent is hidden, I cannot help but express my disdain for a cuisine that has not been able to honor even the most basic commandments of gastronomic art. It is with a heavy heart that I am forced to decline this restaurant from future culinary explorations of my kingdom.

09/03/2025: Discovery worthy of praise. Yesterday I was in this restaurant late at night, the staff were very kind, abundant dishes, excellent quality and excellent price. Definitely coming back. Congratulations to everything and to the really good dining room staff.

We were about ten people and they managed to coordinate the courses very well, making them arrive in excellent time. few choices but sophisticated and very well executed on the menu. I'm sorry that there was NO VEGAN ALTERNATIVE on the menu apart from the side dishes and that's the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars even though by asking they would certainly find a solution

12/01/2025: Posto tranquillo e accogliente, la carne di ottima qualità e cucinata alla perfezione, il personale di sala ed i titolari disponibili, discreti e simpatici. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo considerando i 50 € a persona ma con vino di alto livello.

23/03/2025: A cute, enveloping and warm environment, in pastel colours, welcomes you to this pizzeria a few steps from the Roman bridge over the Velino river, in Rieti. We are in a small street, closer to a busy roundabout. You enter 'Pan Pier Focaccia' and ask if there is a table for one person and the owner replies 'but how...you're one of us!' and that's how you're welcomed here, that's the response you want to hear from people. And here the people are genuine, welcoming like most of Italy, authentic in their dialect and ways of 'happy living'. The restaurant has large, square and well-distributed wooden tables; nice chandeliers with food trays used as light bulb holders; a discreet booth for just three tables where three romantic couples actually 'secluded' themselves, it seemed like three generations at the table. And then the sounds of the rolling pin, of the shovel grabbing the raw and cooked pizza, the people who find themselves in one of those places that Italy is proud of: the pizzeria. And the pizza here is really good, especially if after a day of work and if it's a bit cold outside. And 'Pan Pier Focaccia' welcomed me, like one of them....thank you. To return for sure.
