09/12/2025: Magliano Sabina highway exit, just a few hundred meters away. Very convenient. We had a delicious lunch with excellent service and friends on a business trip to southern and northern Europe. The location is very convenient and the food is well prepared.
We'll be back soon.

12/10/2025: This is a lovely place on top of the hill with an amazing view and excellent food. It has an inside and outside seating space. Unfortunately, we were seating inside because we didn’t book in advance. I think the staff forgot about us for a while because it was very busy. But they were very apologetic and friendly. My suggestion is to book in advance, especially on weekends. Also perfect for a romantic sunset aperitivo!

We discovered this lakeside inn almost by chance, and it turned out to be a delightful surprise. The view is breathtaking, perfect for a relaxing lunch or a sunset dinner.
The dishes are simple, authentic, and prepared with the freshest ingredients. You can sense the attention to quality and respect for tradition, without unnecessary frills. Each dish tastes "homemade," but with that extra touch that wins you over.
The pasta made with water and flour is flavorful and spicy just right.
The staff is courteous and welcoming, the atmosphere warm and familiar. A place where you immediately feel at ease.

19/10/2025: Ample parking, ivy plants that this time of year, mid-October, have beautifully red leaves, and a homey atmosphere with antique furniture. We were satisfied with our order, namely polenta with sausage sauce and spare ribs, thinly sliced roast beef, sliced steak with roast potatoes, and salad. We also enjoyed the ricotta croquette as an appetizer and the berry panna cotta. The price was fair, totaling €67 (water only).

06/12/2025: Excellent experience, but I had no doubts. The appetizer was carefully prepared and plentiful, using quality ingredients.
The gnocchi with truffles were very good.
And the scrambled egg with truffles, which in my opinion is worth the trip from Rome. Also noteworthy are the very tasty baked potatoes.
We're local and know the local restaurants well, and here the food and hospitality are on a whole new level, not like a trattoria.
The wine list is well-stocked and reasonably priced. We'll be back, especially for the meat, which is definitely worth trying.

A great discovery, the food is truly excellent, the wine list is well-stocked, suitable for every budget and palate, and above all, the location is wonderful, both inside and out.
Special mention for the cured meats (delicious) and the tender and flavorful braised cheek.
The prices are in line with the quality of the offerings in every respect.
Well done!
01/12/2025: Immersed in pristine nature, the Poet's Inn is a special, warm, and welcoming place where you can spend quality time. The food is excellent and the staff is top-notch. The owner, Raffaele, was truly hospitable and treated us with great care, even though it was our first time there. Thank you for a wonderful day; we'll definitely come again!
