22/02/2025: Nothing to say, truly exceptional. Two delicious sandwiches with fresh ingredients, all served at €6 each. The choice of local craft beers is also excellent. If you come to Terminillo it is among the best choices for eating!

16/03/2025: Ottimo posto! Già conoscevo, ma per diverso tempo non più frequentato , per motivi di lavoro , quindi logistici, ma appena ho avuto modo sono tornato da loro. Cibo con ingredienti di alta qualità, Menu vario, si va dai primi piatti, secondi e pizze. Tutto perfetto. Location. accogliente e personale discreto e gentilissimo. Nulla da eccepire. Consigliato. Sirente un punto di riferimento. A presto!

14/02/2025: Nella tarda mattinata di una domenica, in preda ad una voglia di amatriciana e carbonara, abbiamo prenotato per caso in questo ristorante. Non potevamo fare scelta migliore! Primi piatti eccellenti e secondi buonissimi, il tutto accompagnato dalla gentilezza e dal sorriso della signora Elisabetta. Assolutamente consigliato!

09/03/2025: 03/08/2025. From reading the reviews I expected more, I was disappointed. Too many gross and intolerable blunders even in a home-style kitchen! RICOTTA AND SPINACH RAVIOLI WITH BUTTER AND SAGE (€12.00): not normal ravioli as they once prepared with time and dedication.... but 4 huge squares, all dough and little filling. Moreover, in a "brodetto" of water and butter because they are not drained well. GRILLED BEEF FILLET (€20.00): nothing special, neither in terms of meat nor in terms of cooking. 2 ROMAN-STYLE ARTICHOKES (€8.00): in the heart of the artichokes the hair, called the beard, with a bitter taste, has not been removed. MIMOSA CAKE (€6.00): a little pretentious to call it "mimosa" as it had nothing of this dessert. Dry sponge cake without liqueur, not soft custard, but I suppose mascarpone (the same used for the tortemisu?), on top of dark pieces of sponge cake without any flavour. For two people we spent €85.00 but, on reflection, there are many other excellent places in Sabina, where the cost is more or less the same but the food is infinitely better!

18/02/2025: Quality homemade food. Friendly and welcoming staff. You feel at home. Also be prepared on gluten-free and contamination. The room with the fireplace is gorgeous!

17/01/2025: We had lunch in this restaurant, me, my partner and our three year old daughter. I would go back tomorrow if it wasn't so far from our hotel. very kind and professional welcome, food that was nothing short of exquisite (from now on the meaning of Amatriciana has a new meaning for me :D) and any further attempt to describe the skilful combination of flavors would be useless for me, you have to taste it to be satisfied account of the love that those who cook put into those dishes. Finally the bill, for once it was pleasant to pay such an honest amount for an excellent meal. You are far away.....but I will be back!

07/01/2025: We were passing through in a camper and stopped for lunch. Delicious amatriciana and lamb, friendly staff, but above all an incredible value for money. Absolutely recommended.

16/03/2025: Very nice and clean place, very friendly staff, fast and attentive service. We tasted many dishes, all good and well cooked. To my taste, there was a little salt missing. Value for money from 9.

09/03/2025: We tried various pizzas with different doughs, all very light and digestible. I highly recommend the corsara sensation, with its soft dough and seasoned with raw ham and burrata, while the yellow Amatriciana, with its thick and crunchy dough, was good but too sweet for my tastes. I prefer the cacio e pepe potato chips to the normal ones, the supplì with mushrooms and Gorgonzola is crunchy and very tasty.

07/03/2025: Never tasted a Margherita pizza like this. I only like pizza with tomato and mozzarella. I chose the crispy version and I must say that the palate has given its verdict... never has pizza been so welcome. It's difficult to find a table especially on a Saturday night. I was very lucky to find one for four people.....I invite all readers to book at least a week in advance to taste one of the best pizzas in Sabina. Try it to believe it..... I add the fried foods....absolutely golden and crispy to perfection....

The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere of the place was pleasant. Recommended for those looking for quality cuisine at an adequate price!

The food is of good quality and the staff are great. I went there for the first time with a friend of mine who already knew the place. But I would happily go back alone. Compliments

16/03/2025: It feels like being inside some relative's house! Homely atmosphere, restaurant immersed in the countryside that serves good and genuine products. Fixed menu at €28 with mixed starters, gricia or ravioli, steak, pork and grilled sausage with baked potatoes. Possibility to also have gf pasta. Animals surround this real farmhouse near the Farfa Abbey. Advise

The crudo is incredible and so fresh. The spaghetti vongole, rigatoni, amuse bouche…all perfectly seasoned and flavored. An enjoyable experience from start to finish. Lose yourself in rustic yet elegant surroundings in this wonderful restaurant, in a charming and historic setting.
