17/11/2025: A typical restaurant with a wide selection of truly delicious sandwiches. It's always a pleasure to return.

11/11/2025: A must-see when you're in Terminillo...really friendly, a wide selection of hot sandwiches, excellent beer, what more could you want? Ambience...rated 3 but...the location is nice, with tables outside and inside in the sun if you want...a helmet rack for motorcyclists inside. The atmosphere is that it's a sandwich shop, but you might not like it...go to the restaurant instead if you have money to spend; it's cheap and good. It's on the road, sure, but during quiet periods, it's quiet, with no cars passing by. Truly a go-to place for a tasty stop. Craft beers.

17/11/2025: For several years, when I go to Turano, I've eaten at Vigneto, an excellent restaurant/trattoria. The place is spacious and bright, with plenty of outdoor seating, fast service, extremely friendly staff, and excellent, authentic, traditional local dishes. It's impossible to say otherwise; the restaurant's regulars, as the reviews show, really appreciate it.

16/11/2025: Quality, authentic products, traditional cuisine, and kindness. It was recommended to us and we were very satisfied.

01/12/2025: Very family-friendly atmosphere. Delicious food. I recommend the full fixed-price menu, including drinks and coffee. Open Saturdays and Sundays only, seating only about 40!

10/11/2025: A last-minute family lunch. We arrived at 2:40 PM and were greeted with great courtesy and professionalism. Both the amatriciana and gricia were wonderful. Excellent service. Chef Gabriele Perilli and the entire staff were incredibly friendly.

19/10/2025: We came here twice during our stay in Syracusa. We felt super welcome and had an amazing meal. If you want an genuine experience with authentic food , this is definitely a must.

12/12/2025: A genuine place, with freshly prepared dishes, homemade pasta, and traditional dishes. Everything is tasty and easy to digest, prepared with skill and experience. The staff is attentive and friendly. Excellent value. The ideal place for a lunch or dinner break on the way to and from Rome.

08/12/2025: Kindness, affability, courtesy. We were welcomed like longtime customers when we stumbled upon Giancarla's by chance. The atmosphere was simple but welcoming. The dishes were simply fabulous. I've never had better mutton arrosticini. Next time, we won't stumble upon it by chance.

10/11/2025: This trattoria was recommended to us for an authentic local meal. Located on a terrace with a magnificent view in a square not far from the entrance to the old town, it offers a wide selection of indoor and outdoor seating, both for lunch and dinner. The kitchen is open late to meet the needs of its clientele. The menu features traditional dishes, featuring quality local artisanal products. The service staff is attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, we only realized upon our return that we had paid twice for both coffee and dessert: an unpleasant surprise.

28/10/2025: An excellent place to eat well with a view of the Sabine landscape and glimpses of the town. Homemade, very tasty cuisine. The lady who served us was very kind and attentive. We will definitely be back to try other dishes. Highly recommended!

22/11/2025: The new place is very welcoming, today I had lunch with friends to taste the classic gricia (extraordinary) and amatriciana. Outside there was a hint of a timid snowfall... Impeccable service

28/10/2025: We found it by chance because our favorite restaurant was closed, and we were pleasantly surprised. Everything was excellent, from appetizer to dessert. Special praise for the coratella with peppers and the spectacular grey mullet. Perfect service, the waiter Massimiliano was very courteous and professional. Beautiful panoramic terrace. The chef Alberta was so sweet, embarrassed by the compliments she received from us and the other diners.

09/12/2025: From a simple trip to visit my Saint, we discovered this culinary gem...and what can I say...I'm just sorry I stopped at the first one that I've never seen before due to the abundance...fabulous

25/08/2025: On Sunday, August 24th, my family and I visited Agriturismo "La Raja" near Passo Corese for the first time. It's a beautifully maintained place, with plenty of greenery, a small nymphaeum, farm animals, and games: a real treat, especially for children...and adults too! At lunch, saying there was everything is an understatement: excellent, quality cuisine combined with generous portions. The dining room staff—all young—served our guests discreetly, quickly, kindly, and, in short, very professionally. I'd especially like to mention Mrs. Verusca, who welcomed us warmly into the spacious dining room—perhaps because of its layout, it's the setting of the old olive oil mill—and has been meticulously restored and renovated. We were happy; we spent a relaxing day in a quiet, clean, and welcoming environment, and we're sure we'll return with our friends.

12/10/2025: Appetizer with local products, very good. Two first courses: classic Amatriciana and Gricia.... EXCELLENT!!.

05/10/2025: We went to Ma Tru in Amatrice and had a truly wonderful time! We chose the tasting menu to try both the gricia and the amatriciana, both exceptional with authentic flavors and generous portions. The arrosticini were also excellent, tender and well-cooked. The waiter was very kind and helpful, and the service overall was impeccable. A highly recommended place, in a welcoming atmosphere!

09/11/2025: Sunday family lunch went very well. Everything was very positive...nothing to complain about or criticize. The only thing I would change is the water in plastic bottles because they're inconvenient, but I understand that demand is so high that it might not be possible to keep up. As for the rest...the house wine wasn't bad, the food was excellent, the staff were very kind and helpful, and the wait was minimal. The location was truly beautiful...the photos online don't do it justice. Congratulations
