06/01/2026: A preface to help understand some (few) negative reviews I've read: the restaurant owner doesn't observe any formality and welcomes you in a very informal manner, perhaps initially too "direct" (especially from the perspective of those who don't know her), but with an underlying kindness and thoughtfulness in recommending the best dishes of the day. That said, we arrived late and without a reservation, on a day before a holiday (when other restaurants would have said "the kitchen is closed"), but they made us two generous dishes with two types of meat (chicken and lamb) and two side dishes (chicory and potatoes). We ate very well and spent very little, so we were truly satisfied. A beautiful location in the center of town, in the summer on a quaint little square with a fountain and a wonderful lake view.

18/01/2026: The atmosphere at Casina nel Parco is wonderful. The staff is impeccable, incredibly helpful and welcoming; they make you feel at home. We often go to this restaurant for dinner on weekends, and we've celebrated the most important moments of our lives. We've always left fond memories of the warm welcome we received, every day like the first time. Highly recommended!

Located on a terrace with a magnificent view in a square not far from the entrance to the old town, it offers a wide selection of indoor and outdoor seating, both for lunch and dinner. The kitchen is open late to meet the needs of its clientele. The menu features traditional dishes, featuring quality local artisanal products. The service staff is attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, we only realized upon our return that we had paid twice for both coffee and dessert: an unpleasant surprise. After reporting the issue, the manager verified the error and refunded the amount incorrectly paid. Thank you!

07/01/2026: A warm and authentic corner overlooking the lake, one of those you don't discover by chance but choose, just as the owner told us. As soon as we entered the Miralago Restaurant and Pizzeria, a mountain atmosphere enveloped us: all wood, warm lighting, an immediate sense of welcome that makes you want to sit down and stay a while. The added value of this place is undoubtedly the owner: extremely kind, present without being intrusive, he started chatting with us, telling us about the place and how customers don't just happen to come here, but come because they chose this restaurant. And the truth is, after eating, you understand very well why. The homemade pappardelle are a dish that alone is worth the trip: wide, full-bodied, with that consistency that only hand-rolled pasta can provide. The wild boar ragù is exceptional: flavorful yet balanced, with tender pieces of meat that melt in your mouth and pair perfectly with the pasta. The ossobuco was another great surprise: incredibly tender, immersed in a rich and flavorful sauce, accompanied by perfectly cooked porcini mushrooms that complement the dish with their intense aroma and texture. It's one of those dishes where every last drop is naturally mopped up with bread, because throwing it away would be a shame. In a world full of anonymous restaurants, Miralago is one of those restaurants that stands out: for its sincere cuisine, the warmth of its atmosphere, and the humanity of its owners. A place where you don't just go to eat, but to experience an evening that warms the stomach and the heart.

A very welcoming and rustic place, with quality and varied food (the pork shank is divine), generous portions, and fair prices. Special mention goes to the staff, who are exceptionally courteous and polite, and to the organization that allows for an orderly flow of customers even on the busiest weekends. It's probably the kind of place any tourist looking to enjoy good, authentic local cuisine would dream of. We were completely satisfied with the generous portions, which were in line with the prices and the service! Everything from the water to the coffee was excellent.

The staff were kind and friendly, and even though it was about to close, they still let us eat. The food was excellent, both the first and second courses. Delicious desserts. Comfortable atmosphere. 18/01/2026: If you're looking for something special, you'll get the service. A spartan place, an old house or a ruin in the countryside. Friendly and welcoming service. Friendly staff. Set menu for €28 for adults, all included. It's a shame there's no pizza, although they used to make it very good, and there are paper plates for appetizers and main courses.
