A truly satisfying lunch!
We shared two first courses: rich and fragrant strigliozzi with mushrooms and homemade ricotta and spinach ravioli, both generous and well-prepared. This was followed by a full second course of tender lamb, flavorful chicken, golden potatoes, and tasty chicory. Authentic flavors, generous portions, and excellent overall quality. The price was more than fair, around €25 per person. Recommended!

We ate here for lunch on a Saturday. Mrs. Viola and her husband, Angelo, run this small bar-restaurant with a naturalness and simplicity that these days seems like a distant memory of an Italy that has all but disappeared. A small, welcoming place, Viola is a wonderful person who makes everyone feel at home, and it couldn't be otherwise. The simple menu features a few simple, authentic dishes: strictly homemade pasta with typical local sauces; for main course, melt-in-the-mouth lamb from the local farmer and roast chicken, just like grandma's Sunday roast. Viola's homemade desserts are simply wonderful, with that touch of timeless simplicity that makes Italian cuisine the wonder it is. Fresh, high-quality, and organic local products are prepared without fuss, but with the authenticity and simplicity that only enhances them. Another positive note: when we arrived, I asked the lady if there was Coratella, which, however, had run out the day before. After a fun conversation with her husband, about halfway through the main course, a freshly prepared dish arrived from the kitchen, just for me. These are the things that make a difference in today's world.
If you come to eat at this restaurant, forget the formalities and the clock and enjoy the friendliness of these wonderful people and their simple, authentic cuisine.
Simply thank you, Viola and Angelo, for keeping alive a way of catering that is the true essence of hospitality and good food. We will certainly never forget you.

For those like me who prefer substance over appearance, this is the best. The fantastic owner speaks to you as if she's known you forever, abundant and homemade dishes at more than fair prices... In my opinion, it is absolutely recommended for kindness and quality/price ratio.

The Dea restaurant is located in a small square with a magnificent Triton Fountain, offering a splendid view of the lake. The Dea Bar and Restaurant is right there, with its few tables and exceptional hospitality. As soon as you arrive, Viola welcomes you and presents the menu in a simple yet authentic way. She arrives from the kitchen with a wooden table topped with other gozzi and ravioli made by the exceptional hands of Luigi, her life partner. The menu includes three starters, but they are three generous portions, each served with mutton sauce, mushroom sauce, and a simple sauce. The second course is a meat dish, well-cooked on the outside and tender on the inside, and beautifully cooked, accompanied by potatoes and chicory. Excellent. To finish, a tart, a wine donut, and coffee. Everything was delicious. We were happy to stay at their restaurant because we immediately struck up a friendly atmosphere with her and the other guests. A truly pleasant day and a truly delicious lunch. I recommend you stop at this restaurant where you can breathe in the warmth and friendliness as well as the food with truly authentic flavours 👍

The owner was very nice, homemade pasta was okay, except for the gnocchi, which is definitely to be avoided... porcini mushroom sauce was very pureed... but decent... avoid the sauce... made with tomato puree... opened and put in the ravioli and gnocchi... zero difference between sheep sauce and normal sauce... oh my lady... she thought she was being clever... exactly the same sauce... But... impeccable service, nice and kind... very good main course, both chicken and lamb roast... ok, offal... cleanliness a little to be desired
.. decent prices... I think I won't rely on reviews anymore because the more I go, the more I realize that people don't cook anymore... so they also eat... but... I don't think there are people who understand anything about real food...

Excellent experience. Home-style cooking where they show you the dishes before bringing them to you, like the entrees. They're a couple, and the husband cooks.
A few dishes, but very good.
The hostess is extremely nice.
We'll definitely be back.
