"Enthusiastic" An impeccable experience from start to finish. We had lunch during the Amatriciana festival and were impressed by the attention to detail. The staff was attentive without ever being intrusive. The modern restaurant was very charming, and I should point out that the chairs are EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE. The first courses (Amatriciana and Gricia) were divine, as were the second courses (skewers with baked potatoes and sliced ​​beef with arugula, cherry tomatoes, and Parmesan) made with quality ingredients. As for the desserts (fig tart, apple strudel), they were a delight. We'll definitely be back!
