First time at Ianus and we were satisfied. Simple but well executed dishes, excellent quantity of products used. We will keep in mind for another occasion in Antrodoco.

Osteria created from the rooms on the ground floor of an old building in the center of Antrodoco: well looked after and clean. We started with an appetizer with local cold cuts to whet the appetite. Excellent first courses: ravioli with asparagus and spaghetti with cheese and pepper. The second courses are also 10, we took pork stingo and sweet and sour baked suckling pig (off the menu).
The millefeuille with Chantilly cream is also delicious.

The restaurant in the heart of Antrodoco. A few tables inside and a few outside, but only in the summer: reservations recommended. The dishes use excellent raw materials, never banal or predictable. Here you will not find traditional Rieti dishes, but refinements that enhance the local ingredients.
The appetizers are all very interesting, the CBT egg is exceptional, the
tartare is very good. Among the second courses, the pork fillet (in two different versions) and the CBT roast beef are noteworthy. Super desserts. Cellar with small gems from central Italy.

Excellent trattoria with local products, reported among other things by slowfood - they also have a small shop on the main road where you can buy various things used to prepare the dishes you enjoy in the trattoria - very honest prices

Nuova visita a questo ristorante di Antrodoco a distanza di anni e nuovo salto di qualità. Ho iniziato con l'entrée di benvenuto, ricotta di pecora con marmellate e bruschetta, molto piacevole; ho proseguito con radicchio gratinato con caciotta stracchinata, guanciale affumicato e aceto di more e ho concluso con degli gnocchi con pesto di cavolo nero, salsiccia locale e ricotta salata. Piatti davvero di qualità, buon servizio e rapporto qualità/prezzo più che buono. Ristorante che per me merita un viaggio.
