04/08/2024: We have now been here for dinner four times and felt very comfortable as the service and cuisine were excellent. Creative menu for meat and fish, also available as a menu on request. Top quality and fresh ingredients. We had red prawn tartare and as a main course angus steak as a tapas variant and patanegra as small steaks in a sesame crust. Everything was visually well presented and very tender...highly recommended. There wasn't really much room for dessert, so there was only a cafe affogato, but it was also very tasty...;-) We're looking forward to the next visit

09/08/2024: The fig omelette and the grilled first course are very good. The salty husbandzzo is truly delicious. The nougat dessert is delicious. The service was a little slow.

22/07/2024: The best restaurant in the province immersed in the historic center of Veroli! The Farmacia del Gusto has nothing missing to be considered a place of excellence, our experience was unforgettable Chef Castagnacci's cuisine demonstrates a careful selection of raw materials and a refined study of cooking and preparation techniques As appetizers we had the artisanal Maritozzo filled with buffalo stracciatella, Cantabrian anchovies and confit cherry tomatoes, and the buffalo tartare made with capers, dried tomatoes and pepper - the latter absolutely not to be missed! We then tried the fini fini with fig and pine nut pesto: a fresh, pleasant dish with a surprising flavour Finally we tasted the veal cheek with green sauce, soft potatoes and Verolona donut crumble (the chef's homage to the city of Veroli): a meat so soft that it breaks with a breadstick and with a strong and tasty flavor - mine favorite dish of the evening! We ended on a sweet note with the nougat semifreddo with caramelized almonds and pecans. The experience was also made unique by Alberto who, as an attentive host, welcomed us, served us and advised us. Trust his suggestions for choosing wine, you won't regret it! The Farmacia del Gusto is a true hidden gem worth discovering, absolutely not to be missed.

11/07/2024: We ended up in Cassino (FR), this evening we chose well, I would say very well, excellent pizza, we will return to try other dishes.

11/07/2024: First time in this pizzeria which attracted customers (me in this case) with the strategic gift of 1 pizza if you order at least 2 at the table. Kindness and friendliness on the part of the staff in a welcoming place, with lots of suspended hearts. Quite tasty pizza but which didn't fully satisfy me due to the fact that the mozzarella wasn't stringy (see photo taken immediately) and the taste of the "purpette" ". There are better ones in Cassino, sorry.

17/08/2024: Happy to go out for dinner, having seen this garden restaurant on the internet, we booked. Negative opinion for service, quantitatively poor quality dishes, totally tasteless fried fish. Ignored for the whole dinner (dirty dishes left on the table and forgot to bring a side dish). So in the end it was better to have dinner at home. I forgot good pizza.

13/08/2024: Everything was excellent, both starters and first and second courses! All cooked with care, but also with creativity and certainly great skills of those who know the job and have not improvised as chefs! The combinations of the dishes with the condiments are truly original and spot on. The staff is very friendly and professional, the environment is pleasant and clean. The music in the background accompanies but is not invasive. Exceptionally positive note on the oil they bring in the bottle: it's fabulous, I recommend trying it on pre-meal bread, it's truly amazing! Wanting to make a constructive criticism: in the paccheri with porcini mushrooms, perhaps there is a little too much oil, even if the sauce that is created at the bottom of the dish is delicious and absolutely needs to be "slipped", it weighs it down a little the dish, because in any case there is already sausage which is very tasty. We had a really good time and will definitely be back! Ah, there is also a small outdoor car park, without having to park your car who knows where! Super-comfortable!

12/08/2024: We celebrated my son Filippo's 18th birthday here yesterday 11/08/24. ... what can I say, everything is perfect from the food to the entertainment to the service (a note of merit to the always available and truly friendly waiters).. a certainty for any occasion to celebrate... customers for years here at the farm where warmth and hospitality are palpable from the first moment of booking to the greetings. Thank you so much for everything.❤️

04/08/2024: Voglio fare i complimenti a tutto lo staff....la ragazza che ha servito il nostro tavolo carina,gentile e professionale...ma voglio fare un complimento vero al proprietario del locale, perché alla cameriera è caduta una bottiglia per terra quindi vetro e logicamente bagnato per terra...subito il proprietario è andata ha pulire lui con molta tranquillità, umiltà,vi assicuro che negli altri ristoranti non funziona così anzi..( ho lavorato in più di qualche ristorante ),quindi consiglio di provare perché da loro si trova ottimo cibo,ottimo vino e ottima accoglienza...

05/08/2024: Truly breathtaking location, I was there the day before yesterday for a wedding. The food is nothing short of succulent and delicious, and they served in a short time, about 10 minutes per course, excluding the moments when we danced. The desserts were the best part of all 3 runs, which served various sweets and also very fresh fruit. Spectacular setting, equipped with a well-kept garden and swimming pool.

18/08/2024: Ottimo locale, raggiungibile facilmente dall’uscita dell’autostrada, l’ho conosciuto tramite amicizia che me l’hanno consigliato. Il cibo è ottimo e il locale è accogliente, i prezzi sono nella norma e giusto in proporIone alle quantità ed alla qualità del prodotto. Unica nota dolente, l’aria condizionata altissima e alla richiesta di abbassarla un po’ ci è stata negata.

16/08/2024: Per chiudere in bellezza il rientro da vacanza, abbiamo scelto questo ristorante e non ci ha deluso. Piatti molto molto buoni e abbondanti (la seconda foto è una porzione divisa a metà) sia i primi sia la burrata ma soprattutto la carne!!!! Ho ancora l'acquolina in bocca! Prezzo adeguato alla qualità. Personale super gentile!!! Tempi di attesa in linea ai tempi di cottura. Insomma nessuna critica, solo lodi! Io ci vorrei ritornare....da Milano un po' lontano ma se ci capiterà di ripassare da queste parti, sicuramente non mancheremo! Grazie è stata davvero una bella esperienza culinaria!
