06/04/2026: Exceptional experience! We had dinner here last night (Easter) and today (Easter Monday) we returned for lunch. Courtesy and kindness are their hallmarks. Everyone is always smiling, making you feel pampered and at ease. The service is attentive and very fast even when the place is packed. The food is like it used to be... I can't post photos of the dinner because I didn't have time and we ate it all in one go... Anyway: trio of bruschetta, spectacular lasagna, and finger-licking fried and grilled lamb. Washed down with the house red wine and to finish, tiramisu and crème brûlée. Today at lunch we were welcomed like old friends. Ketty's friendliness is contagious, but everyone else was equally kind. Cod de Soreca all'amatriciana and fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, sliced ​​beef, scamorza with truffle and speck, raw artichoke salad, house red wine, and a walnut and sour cherry cake with coffee. The food is excellent and plentiful, the pasta is homemade and superbly seasoned, the main courses are impeccable, and the desserts are a sensory experience! I absolutely recommend it, and we're already thinking about returning.

02/05/2026: Never been worse. The service was barely adequate, and the guy who I believe is the owner was completely unfriendly. Let's not even talk about the food. I had fettuccine with mushrooms and sausage; I swear it didn't even taste like the water it was cooked in. Not to mention that I digested it the next day, and it made me go to the bathroom five times. I wanted to organize my daughter's birthday party here, with a lunch for about twenty people, but thank goodness I "sacrificed" myself as a guinea pig. I definitely wouldn't recommend it...but everyone is free to choose, maybe I'm just a coincidence.

25/04/2026: After years of trying wild boar pasta practically everywhere in Italy, I can say that the one they make at Gino's is unmatched. I dream about it at night... I've sent practically everyone I know to try it. It's truly worth it.

02/05/2026: PURE SPECTACULAR!! We came to this place after a friend's recommendation, and what can I say? It's wonderful. Super fresh fish, divine dishes, and friendly staff. I've eaten better fish here in Fiuggi than in other seaside towns. Fair prices. What can I say? HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

02/05/2026: A truly lovely, well-kept, welcoming place, with young, friendly staff, always smiling and kind. The dishes were all excellent, tasty, beautifully presented, light, beautiful to look at, and delicious to eat. Crispy fried fish, piping hot and plentiful, sea bream in a potato and almond crust was truly delicate and beautifully presented, and what can we say about the purple gnocchi with clams, very flavorful and appetizing. The cream baba deserves special mention...a delight, beautifully balanced in both the liqueur and the cream. I highly recommend the place, and we'll definitely be back to try other dishes we've been curious about.

25/03/2026: I just had what I can only classify as “the best carpaccio I ever tasted”. The meat, tomato’s and pecorino are rich. Can’t wait for the next course. Yep, also magnifico! Excellent taste. (I eat in a restaurant 4 days per week for most weeks in the year …)

25/02/2026: I found this restaurant by chance while traveling to Fiuggi. The location is very nice and welcoming, and the fireplace with the embers where they cook the various meats is very nice... The lamb chops were very good and very tender... I recommend this restaurant if you're in the area.

03/05/2026: A spectacular place worth trying. The young chef is truly talented and offers perfectly balanced dishes, delicious and beautifully presented. Everything was so good that we ordered almost everything on the menu to try them. The homemade pasta is delicious and you can taste it. The desserts are also sublime. It's worth the trip to Fiuggi to eat here. The wines are excellent and the staff is kind and competent. A perfect combination of trattoria and restaurant. You feel at home like in a good trattoria, but you eat like in a great restaurant. We'll be back to try the new dishes.

03/05/2026: Every time we pass through Fiuggi, a stop at Taverna is a must. We've been coming here for years. The food is excellent, and the price is more than fair. Everything is truly delicious, and the desserts are amazing. We truly recommend it to everyone.

18/03/2026: We were captivated by the Certosa di Trisulti and Collepardo. Getting married at the Certosa and choosing a local product, like Sarandrea grappa, as a wedding favor is a source of pride for our region. At the Fiuggi shop, we met Marilena, a special person, always kind and helpful, who carefully packaged each wedding favor for us. A special thank you goes to her for guiding us through our journey, right up to our wedding day.

Yes, it's true, there's no menu with prices displayed, but in the end, I thought the bill was fair. €40 for a great appetizer, a steak, dessert, wine, coffee, and water all seemed excellent.

02/04/2026: I came here alone for two consecutive evenings while traveling. The atmosphere is wonderful. Thanks to the young and handsome owner and the friendly Italian friends around, I had a great time in a family-like atmosphere. I think the outdoor seating would be nice too.

11/04/2026: I couldn't speak English, but I ordered using a translator. The staff were friendly, and the pizza slices were delicious. Compared to Korea, Italian food is generally saltier, but the pizza here suits Korean tastes well. I tried three different kinds; only the one with bacon was a bit greasy, but even that was tasty. I couldn't write down the menu items because I didn't know the names of the pizzas, but if you point with your finger and say "I'll have this one," they will cut it for you. You can adjust the length using body language. Since the prices are affordable, I think I'll come here for lunch at least two or three times a week.
