06/08/2026: Old-fashioned, homey trattoria, friendly staff, and honest dishes. I recommend the sagne ubriache, they're delicious! The tagliatelle alla Gino disappointed me because the pasta was overcooked, the white ragù was flavorless, and the porcini mushrooms, well, out of season, it's normal for them to be either frozen or industrially made... overall, they lacked salt. The lamb was excellent quality and cooked to perfection!!! But, alas, the baked potatoes tasted like boiled potatoes—or maybe they were—then baked, and they also lacked salt. Below expectations...

01/07/2026: The food was very disappointing: swordfish served with only a few pieces of fennel and orange, and the risotto was mediocre and lacked depth. The various types of fish in the starter were of good quality but not particularly well prepared. We felt a lack of refinement in all the dishes, and cooking techniques were lacking. In short, this restaurant is not recommended.

18/07/2026: Very hard to find place, good food except for the pasta with anchovies, which was very salty and inedible. They didn't take it away from you, just a €5.50 discount.

11/05/2026: We had dinner on a Monday evening. The atmosphere was quiet and very welcoming, well-maintained, and we had the chance to watch the game. We were welcomed by the owners, two very kind people. We ate very well, especially the meat, which was truly delicious. The first courses were also excellent; we had the amatriciana and the fettuccine with porcini mushrooms. We'll be back!

12/08/2026: We'd heard a lot about this place and finally decided to try it. From the moment we entered, we received a warm welcome; the entire staff was friendly and helpful from start to finish. I recommend trying the "heavenly" fondue with cheese and mushrooms, accompanied by crispy croutons. We then ordered two first courses: a plate of zazzere pasta with mushrooms and bacon, which was delicious, and a plate of amatriciana pasta, delicious, with those sweet yellow cherry tomatoes paired perfectly with the bacon. The location is quaint and unique, reminding me of a TV series called "Merlin," where the main character would hang out in a tavern. Very chilled. For us, it's DIESCI. SEE YOU NEXT TIME.

04/08/2026: Very beautiful and suggestive location, superlative food, prices adequate for the quality and quantity... I really appreciated the choice of having only local or Italian food and drinks (they don't have Fanta and Paccola but only Italian orangeade and Chinotto)... top!

22/05/2026: If you're in Fiuggi and crave a genuine, fragrant, and unpretentious pizza, Arte della Pizza (at Via Gorizia 27) is one of those places that makes you say, "Here I am, I'll be back." It's a small, authentic, artisanal pizzeria, where the pizza comes out hot from the oven and is cut and weighed right in front of you. The quality of the dough is excellent: light, well-leavened, and easy to digest, with a soft crust and just the right amount of crispy crust. The variety is wide and changes frequently, from the classics (Margherita, Marinara, Diavola) to the more creative seasonal ones. My favorites? The one with fresh cherry tomatoes and basil and the white one with zucchini and sausage. But it's not just pizza. The great thing is that here you can also find first courses, second courses, and side dishes that vary daily, all homemade and made with fresh ingredients. Supplì and croquettes are among the best in the area: golden on the outside and creamy on the inside. The baked vegetables are authentic, flavorful, and never greasy. The atmosphere is simple yet welcoming. The most pleasant part is the small terrace/courtyard on the ground floor with outdoor tables: perfect for a leisurely sit-down meal, especially on nice days or spring/summer evenings. Ideal for both a quick lunch and a more relaxed dinner. The staff is friendly, cheerful, and fast, even on weekends when there's a bit of a line (normal for a good place). The prices are fair and affordable, especially considering the quality and the option to mix and match flavors by weight. In short: a little gem in Fiuggi. Authentic, delicious, and no-frills. If you're passing through, don't miss it.

11/04/2026: I couldn't speak English, but I ordered using a translator. The staff were friendly, and the pizza slices were delicious. Compared to Korea, Italian food is generally saltier, but the pizza here suits Korean tastes well. I tried three different kinds; only the one with bacon was a bit greasy, but even that was tasty. I couldn't write down the menu items because I didn't know the names of the pizzas, but if you point with your finger and say "I'll have this one," they will cut it for you. You can adjust the length using body language. Since the prices are affordable, I think I'll come here for lunch at least two or three times a week.

Getting married at the Certosa and choosing a local product, like Sarandrea grappa, as a wedding favor is a source of pride for our region. At the Fiuggi shop, we met Marilena, a special person, always kind and helpful, who carefully packaged each wedding favor for us. A special thank you goes to her for guiding us through our journey, right up to our wedding day.

Sitting there with the beautiful view of the mountains and the historic theatre, time seemed to slow down. I spent quite some time at the café over different days, enjoying freshly baked cornetto and some delicious local desserts. Everything was made with care, and you can really taste the quality. What made this place special for me wasn’t just the food or the view, it was the atmosphere. It’s quiet, welcoming, and the perfect place to read, work, think, or simply enjoy the moment. The owner is incredibly kind and has a genuine way of making every guest feel welcome, as if you’re not just another customer but someone they’re truly happy to host. If you’re looking for a place with soul, where you can slow down and appreciate the beauty of Fiuggi, Teatro Café is one of those rare places you’ll want to return to. I'm definitely coming back!!

06/02/2026: I have to say the quality is very high, with fantastic flavors and just the right proportions, a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Excellent food and fast service... Yes, it's true, there's no menu with prices displayed, but in the end, I thought the bill was fair. €40 for a great appetizer, a steak, dessert, wine, coffee, and water all seemed excellent.
