11/05/2026: We had dinner on a Monday evening. The atmosphere was quiet and very welcoming, well-maintained, and we had the chance to watch the game. We were welcomed by the owners, two very kind people. We ate very well, especially the meat, which was truly delicious. The first courses were also excellent; we had the amatriciana and the fettuccine with porcini mushrooms. We'll be back!

17/05/2026: Today, Sunday, May 17th, we decided to have a family lunch at the Museum restaurant in Fiuggi, and believe me, calling it just "a wonderful experience" would be an understatement. It was a true triumph of flavors, courtesy, and professionalism. ​As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by a meticulously maintained and spotlessly clean location, an elegant and warm atmosphere, where every detail is meticulously designed. ​The service was simply excellent; the staff demonstrated unparalleled professionalism and extraordinary kindness, qualities that are now rare and make you feel pampered from the first to the last moment. ​And then... the food. It's truly difficult to find the right words to describe how delicious everything was. We started with an incredible assortment of appetizers: excellent, top-quality cured meats, amazing cheeses, and expertly cooked vegetables. A start that alone was worth the visit. But the real highlight came with the first courses: simply superb, a perfect balance of flavors that left the whole family extremely satisfied. At the Museum restaurant, you don't just go to eat; you go to enjoy an unforgettable culinary experience. Kudos to the entire staff for the passion you convey in every detail. 10/06/2026: Excellent experience.. excellent food, very fresh fish. Kindness and cordiality from the beautiful Matilde who welcomed us really well, we felt truly at ease.. dishes all recommended by her which I must say I appreciated very much, because it was all divine.. the only thing that I didn't like so much was the advice on the wine, very good but asking for 2 glasses, our Matilde recommended this rosé wine to us well which they didn't offer on the menu as a glass anyway, but she was happy to give it to us because it had been opened for another customer and not finished.. my small disappointment was with the bill, fair prices in relation to the quality of the fish, but for 2 glasses €36, next time I would inform the customer of the cost first..

02/06/2026: We came from Frascati to celebrate our 53rd wedding anniversary on a short weekend. We asked about a place to eat fish and they recommended this one. What can I say? Excellent, wonderful food and plenty of wine. A good choice. The price was lower than what I would have paid in my area. Excellent service. I will definitely be back and don't miss the fettuccine with lobster.

01/06/2026: We stumbled upon this place by chance and found everything to be delightful, from the location, the service, and the dishes. The starters were homemade, and the grilled meat was delicious. Fruit, dessert, and coffee were served to finish. Everything was very well prepared and of excellent quality. It's worth stopping by if you're passing through. Highly recommended.

01/06/2026: After a day at the spa, my wife and I stumbled upon this culinary gem. SELECTED, TOP-QUALITY FOOD. Truly, compliments, I highly recommend it. The first courses are all fresh and handmade. Try the sagne briache with guanciale and pecorino shavings; it's breathtaking. I'll definitely be back as soon as I'm in Fiuggi.

22/05/2026: If you're in Fiuggi and crave a genuine, fragrant, and unpretentious pizza, Arte della Pizza (at Via Gorizia 27) is one of those places that makes you say, "Here I am, I'll be back." It's a small, authentic, artisanal pizzeria, where the pizza comes out hot from the oven and is cut and weighed right in front of you. The quality of the dough is excellent: light, well-leavened, and easy to digest, with a soft crust and just the right amount of crispy crust. The variety is wide and changes frequently, from the classics (Margherita, Marinara, Diavola) to the more creative seasonal ones. My favorites? The one with fresh cherry tomatoes and basil and the white one with zucchini and sausage. But it's not just pizza. The great thing is that here you can also find first courses, second courses, and side dishes that vary daily, all homemade and made with fresh ingredients. Supplì and croquettes are among the best in the area: golden on the outside and creamy on the inside. The baked vegetables are authentic, flavorful, and never greasy. The atmosphere is simple yet welcoming. The most pleasant part is the small terrace/courtyard on the ground floor with outdoor tables: perfect for a leisurely sit-down meal, especially on nice days or spring/summer evenings. Ideal for both a quick lunch and a more relaxed dinner. The staff is friendly, cheerful, and fast, even on weekends when there's a bit of a line (normal for a good place). The prices are fair and affordable, especially considering the quality and the option to mix and match flavors by weight. In short: a little gem in Fiuggi. Authentic, delicious, and no-frills. If you're passing through, don't miss it.

11/04/2026: I couldn't speak English, but I ordered using a translator. The staff were friendly, and the pizza slices were delicious. Compared to Korea, Italian food is generally saltier, but the pizza here suits Korean tastes well. I tried three different kinds; only the one with bacon was a bit greasy, but even that was tasty. I couldn't write down the menu items because I didn't know the names of the pizzas, but if you point with your finger and say "I'll have this one," they will cut it for you. You can adjust the length using body language. Since the prices are affordable, I think I'll come here for lunch at least two or three times a week.

13/03/2026: The gnocchi with tomato sauce were delicious, the focaccia equally delicious, and the rustic baked potatoes were soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. The place is very beautiful and well-kept, and the two girls are very polite and kind. It's worth returning.

Yes, it's true, there's no menu with prices displayed, but in the end, I thought the bill was fair. €40 for a great appetizer, a steak, dessert, wine, coffee, and water all seemed excellent.

02/04/2026: I came here alone for two consecutive evenings while traveling. The atmosphere is wonderful. Thanks to the young and handsome owner and the friendly Italian friends around, I had a great time in a family-like atmosphere. I think the outdoor seating would be nice too.

The guys are truly knowledgeable about what they offer and, above all, have fantastic empathy!
