02/04/2024: Well-kept environment, kind and professional service, excellent typical dishes, only a little more salt escaped in the side dishes. However, it is a typical Ciociaria restaurant that I recommend trying.

10/02/2024: Abbiamo scoperto questo ristorante per caso , ed è stata davvero una piacevole sorpresa!!!... si mangia benissimo all'insegna dei sapori tipici ciociari a km 0, i proprietari sono davvero gentili e il luogo è molto panoramico ; in più, cosa che non guasta, i prezzi sono davvero competitivi ....quindi non solo lo consigliamo, ma se ritorneremo in zona ci rimangeremo volentieri!
05/11/2023: Dopo la visita alla splendida Certosa, abbiamo provato a telefonare per il pranzo : eravamo in sei e ci hanno detto che c’era posto solo sotto il portico in quanto il ristorante era pieno. Abbiamo accettato e siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi dalla gentilezza e professionalità del personale. Il servizio è stato perfetto in tempi molto ragionevoli. Cibo casereccio ottimo e prezzo giusto. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

17/02/2024: Piacevolissima esperienza! Ottima la qualità del cibo, cucinato in modo semplice ma efficace, accompagnata sempre da gentilezza e volti sorridenti!
I prezzi sono contenuti e questo, al momento di pagare il conto, fa ancora più piacere!
Un bel dettaglio che non ho mai visto in nessun ristorante: intorno alle 14:00 un addetto ha rimesso in ordine la toilette. Complimenti davvero!
Unico neo: il listino affisso all’esterno del locale non corrisponde ancora, come già era stato segnalato, al menù!
Nonostante questo, se capiteremo ancora a Collepardo, torneremo alla Certosa a provare altri piatti!!!
01/01/2024: Nonostante fosse capodanno, ci hanno accolto con la solita gentilezza. Ottima la polenta connessione spuntature e i broccoletti. Buoni anche i carciofi.un buon inizio d'anno.

Good service, food prepared honestly but not worthy of particular memories.
Structure set up to serve many diners and consequently, in my humble opinion, the artisanal culinary tradition that generally characterizes Ciociaria is lost.
Discreetly structured menu even if, for the reasons mentioned above, we are politely oriented towards possibly homogeneous choices of the diners.
Prices that seemed relatively high for the context and quality (full meal around 40 euros, drinks separately): more than adequate portions.
01/04/2024: Excellent dinner based on appetizers of cured meats, cheeses and local vegetables and second courses based on lamb, sausage, king, with a side dish based on chicory and broccoli, all washed down with an excellent house red wine. Let's not forget the house tiramisu and finally a bay-based liqueur, always "home-made". We were recommended and looked after by a friendly and welcoming staff and we hope to return soon!

11/08/2023: Un luogo paradisiaco immerso nella natura. Una particolare struttura in legno che accoglie le persone che hanno voglia di trascorrere il loro tempo a tavola,con il fiume che scorre vicino e il verde, per una passeggiata dopo pasto rilassante. Cibo, gustoso e ricco,tipico del posto.Gentilezza e cortesia del personale ,principalmente del Signor Claudio.Molto buono tutto.Molto consigliato. Da rivisitare.Ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo.
