19/10/2025: A Sunday to forget!! A terrible experience for my wife and I. When we arrived at the restaurant, we immediately began eating the appetizer, which was paltry compared to the usual fare. Once we finished the appetizer, the endless wait for the first courses began. After more than an hour of waiting, we asked the staff for information, but received no concrete answers. The most absurd situation occurred when tables who arrived after us even arrived for dessert. Instead, we were still waiting for our first courses. The nightmare ended when we decided to leave. We paid for the two paltry appetizers (30 euros) and left.

03/09/2025: I don't know what to say. A beautiful day at the spa, but to continue relaxing, we decided not to leave given the restaurant's excellent reviews. The bread in the basket was obviously old. Amatriciana, or pasta with sauce containing soft, not at all crispy pork cheek, and no pecorino cheese, or if it was present, it was imperceptible. Tagliolini with asparagus, pork cheek, and tomatoes was a bland pasta dish, with ingredients that didn't quite mesh together. To finish off beautifully, the beef tagliata, €28, or six strips of meat, floating in a pungent red sauce, surrounded by six white beans and bland potatoes. An excellent dinner if we had opted for a cafeteria, but not for a four-star hotel, and not at that price. We ate purely out of hunger, not pleasure. However, as I told the waiter, the Fiuggi water was really good.

10/11/2025: My family and I came to celebrate my grandparents' 60th wedding anniversary. I must say we ate really well. The lunch was beautifully organized, the restaurant was beautiful, and the food was delicious. What I really liked was that the waiter came to explain every single course on the menu in detail. What can I say? This restaurant is located in a very beautiful village, and has a truly beautiful view from the outside, a belvedere. I recommend it.

02/12/2025: It was a rainy evening, we were hungry, so we asked ChatGPT for advice, and... he sent us to this place. It was already late, and in the dark streets of Ceprano, we found ourselves at this beautiful agriturismo. A true country castle. They welcomed us immediately and served dinner without making us wait. A fixed menu, all their own food, and a very generous dinner. The price? Very low for the quality! Excellent value. I particularly loved the homemade pasta with beans and pork rind, truly delicious. The place is beautifully kept, warm, welcoming, and clean from top to bottom, which is very important in my opinion. The staff is kind and helpful. At the checkout, I met Matteo, a really smart guy, who told me a little about their family business and the passion they put into everything they do. I would definitely go back.

01/12/2025: We stayed 3 nights and had a wonderful time: the location is strategic for exploring Ciociaria, also following the advice given by the very kind Mr. Paolo, who was always very available for our every need... Without ever being intrusive, but very attentive to everything concerning us... spacious, very clean rooms... an excellent choice of underfloor heating as the temperature was always constant. And what can we say about the delicious dinners, carefully cooked with truly zero-mile products... and very generous at a reasonable price... it's hard to find another place like it! 14/11/2025: Small but welcoming place, a bit of a trattoria and a rotisserie, good cuisine and with a lot of choice, the owner very nice and helpful especially with us who were a large table a bit unruly 😂 overall an excellent place

01/12/2025: My recent visit was truly pleasant and satisfying. The pizza I ordered was perfectly cooked, tender, and delicious. The fig pizza in particular was a true delight. Despite the place being crowded, the manager was very kind in finding me a table. The service was efficient and attentive, ensuring prompt and thorough assistance.

30/11/2025: A welcoming place, but a bit too industrial in my opinion. The staff is kind, attentive, and welcoming. The quality of the ingredients used is excellent, and the variety of beers only enhances the flavor. A very successful family pizza night; we'll definitely be back.

26/11/2025: A quaint restaurant in the historic center, with an attractive and well-maintained location. At lunchtime, the service was slow/distracted, despite only three tables occupied. The menu isn't very varied, but it's acceptable; freshly cooked dishes are preferable. The wine list is good, with reasonable prices. Overall, recommended, with a passing grade, but the hospitality could be improved.

24/11/2025: And what can we say?!? The positive reviews piqued our curiosity, and they're right! I ate really well, with typical Ciociaria dishes, yet unique and delicious. A vast selection of wines. The waiters were good and attentive. Beautiful location. Truly, congratulations!

22/11/2025: Passing by for work, it was a revelation. Excellent ingredients, a varied and unique mixed platter, delicious porcini mushrooms, melt-in-your-mouth pork shank, arrosticini, and not to mention the polenta. Worth the trip from Rome. See you soon.

The friendliness and courtesy of a (I believe) small family business. The food is carefully prepared and excellent, with amazing ravioli and tagliatelle that speak volumes and are a testament to "LadyChef Maria." Let's avoid the defeatists and... 👍ITALIA THE FIRST (except for a few crooks) in food and courtesy.

The service was attentive and friendly, the food was very good, the prices were slightly high, not excessive, but if they could be adjusted it would be excellent. The place is well-kept, a little out of this world, but the location is also appreciable.
