Dinner with colleagues: we chose this trattoria nestled in the countryside near the Casamari Abbey for its traditional Ciociaria cuisine, based on mutton. I personally opted for gnocchi with mutton sauce and mutton in sauce with a side of sautéed broccoli, the latter grown on site. The handmade gnocchi had just the right consistency, and the masterful mutton in sauce were all served with freshly baked bread, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Payment by card is available, and for those who can't finish the rich and abundant dishes, the hostess provides convenient doggy bags. Five of us paid €190, a fair price considering we ordered the aforementioned items, appetizers, bruschetta, potatoes, arrosticini, coffee, ammazzacaffe, water, and house wine. Recommended.
