04/10/2025: Exceptional evening 🍾🥂, being at the San Giorgio Hotel we were looking for a nearby restaurant that we could reach on foot and in the end we opted for Quintessenza, a very nice and well-kept place with a modern style, the staff were very kind, young and smiling, all the dishes chosen were well-presented and delicious to eat, top-quality raw materials, definitely a place to try if you come to Fiuggi. Many more compliments to all the staff 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

24/10/2025: Gianfranco's Cantinetta..!! A wonderful surprise in Piglio. We were welcomed by the owners with such kindness and sincerity. They offered us excellent Ciociaria cuisine. Excellent quality food accompanied by the famous Cesanese del Piglio wine. Excellent value. Characterful and very welcoming place, especially the room with windows offering breathtaking views. Recommended!! 👍👏👏

10/11/2025: Bufaletta, I love you For a birthday, we had the pleasure of savoring the delicacies of "Giotto" in Amaseno. A typical 1980s location, spacious and airy. Typical menu with simple, flavorful dishes (first courses ranging from fettuccine to gnocci, meat-based second courses, and side dishes featuring chicory, etc.). A plate of Bufaletta is definitely worth considering. Friendly and fast service. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to savor simple, authentic, and traditional dishes.

12/10/2025: I was really satisfied! The food was very good, with careful attention to flavor and portions. The quality is evident in every dish, from appetizers to desserts. The prices are also very competitive compared to the average, excellent value. I will definitely return with my family to try their specialties again.

09/11/2025: It's the best gastronomic destination in the Piedimonte San Germano area. It offers affordable prices, a wide selection of dishes, refined cuisine, and highly qualified, courteous, and prompt service. In short, it's a sure thing. The owner, Luigi, clearly demonstrates his managerial skills. Highly recommended for lunch, too, where you can enjoy a hot buffet, first courses (three to choose from), second courses (a huge variety), all kinds of desserts, and pizza, even at lunchtime.

03/11/2025: YES, A TRATTORIA, BUT YOU CAN FEEL THE HAND OF A STARRED CHEF If you decide to book at this trattoria, you need to take your time because the cuisine is express and there are nine courses (not just samples!). We're talking three appetizers, three first courses, a second course with two side dishes, and a dessert. All excellent, with the ingenious additions that our chef Salvatore Tassa has accustomed us to. Definitely worthy of mention are the Ravioli with Mortadella and Parmesan in Rosemary Beef Broth, made by the Signora who prepares them at an open counter along with all the pasta, as well as the Cannoli Dolci to finish. Also worthy of mention are the Cauliflower and Chestnut Soup, or the Tagliolini with Burnt Tomato and Pecorino. The Goat Soup, followed by roast goat and broccoli, is also excellent. Or the Mixed Salad with Licorice Oil and Pecorino. For those of us who don't eat meat, like me, there's no problem: the ravioli were made with potatoes and pecorino cheese. Superb. Instead of the kid, they served me grilled Primo Sale with mint-flavored Pioppini mushrooms. To finish, a homemade ricotta cannoli with caramel. With a good Cesanese di Affile, mineral water, and two coffees, €71 per person. (About €8 per course!!!)

07/09/2025: I've eaten here a couple of times and have been completely satisfied. The first time I had an excellent pizza, along with some excellent seafood and mountain appetizers. Last time, I went for fish, and to my surprise, I discovered that even at this latitude, you can eat excellent, well-cooked fish! The portions are incredibly generous, in fact, some dishes are enough for two. The desserts are also excellent! The service is friendly and efficient. What can I say? Definitely worth a try, and I'll be back soon.

03/06/2025: Great food and atmosphere. Lots of burgers to choose from. The 300g size arrived a little undercooked but we asked if it could be cooked further and we were satisfied so no problem, just ask :)

13/05/2025: Great pub, very welcoming, the fact that there is a lot of wood helps to create the atmosphere of a real English pub. Fast and competent staff. I have been there for dinner a couple of times with a group of friends and we had a great time. Very extensive menus, lots of choice, for all tastes

28/09/2025: What can I say? Highly recommended! The meat was sublime, and the owner and staff were so professional! We'll definitely be back! Excellent value!

17/09/2025: Sausages were overcooked, dry, steaks acceptable, but cooked fairly roughly. The requested medium-rare steak arrived practically blue (cold inside) and almost burned on the outside. Service was fairly courteous, the Cessna wine acceptable. Acceptable. Overall costs, in my opinion, were disproportionate. The steak was cheap, but two fried meatballs were also dry. It was 10 euros, rather than a large cheese platter with sweet provolone, a very good aged pecorino, and a young pecorino from the supermarket. It cost another 10 euros, also because the order was for a small, dry sausage with a small piece of cheese. The sausage was actually there and paid for separately. The cheese platter would have been returned, but it was my fault. I had too high expectations...

07/11/2025: A very traditional trattoria in the historic center of Anagni with a welcoming atmosphere. We had a wonderful time: there were five of us and we had a mountain appetizer, Angus beef carpaccio, and artichokes with prosciutto and parmesan (excellent, really), followed by a side dish each, wine, water, and a wine cake. We paid €30 per person. We were satisfied and will definitely be back!

02/11/2025: Only 5 stars? An understatement. We chose this wonderful culinary experience to celebrate our six years together. The service was impeccable, always friendly without being overbearing. The quality of the products was top-notch, from the appetizers to the ricotta crumble. An experience that's hard to describe with words alone; you absolutely have to experience it firsthand. 01/09/2025: Everything was really good, a place you'll want to return to because you know you'll eat well. The only flaw is the very slow and poorly organized service.

19/09/2025: Max (the owner) is the best for product knowledge... kindness, availability and above all for his cheerfulness I can only tell you stop by him and you will not regret it... PS I have known him for 20 years... I forgot his porchetta is crazy!
