27/10/2024: A day definitely spent with the family. I'm talking about the restaurant, the manager, Gianni, extremely kind and hospitable, but also the staff with a unique kindness, not found in other restaurants. The starter is spectacular, with a clean fish flavour, well prepared, but the scampi cream risotto is sublime in both cooking and flavours. Today there are 370 guests in this restaurant. The cuisine is sublime. I can't say anything but good about Luciano, he gives the right advice and is very helpful. We had a great time, six people, all satisfied. Definitely a point of reference for a Saturday or Sunday. Thanks to Gianni and Nada.

02/02/2025: Typical cuisine and more. Excellent cheese and pepper. Mixed pasta with cannellini beans from Atina and sublime crunchy bacon. Delicious meatballs and boned chicken leg. Ingredients of the highest order and Cabernet from Atina perfect. Excellent service and bill. Location from a well-kept village tavern located in the beautiful and welcoming historic center of Casalvieri.

17/03/2025: Una garanzia per chi vuole mangiare di qualità! Antipasto vario (con la solita ma mai stancante chicca della panzanella con la ciambella di Veroli), primi piatti sempre ricchi e abbondanti. Paolo ormai punto fermo della cucina ciociara, i camerieri gentili e simpatici come sempre.

02/03/2025: My wife and I spent a day in this magnificent place, we took advantage of the suite and the external spa path. Some suggestions that I would like to give: - include at least the aperitif in the cost of the Suite - limit entry to the Spa path to a limited number of people, otherwise it is almost impossible to use it (too crowded) For the rest nothing to say, magnificent view and top suite.

The only flaw is that if it's not a nice hot day, it's not worth going there, 1 because the pools are spaced far apart from each other and after leaving a hot room, crossing the open air means getting cold like never before, taking into account that both the bathrobe and the towel are damp or soaked, and at the end of the tours when you get home you do like me..... you stay at home for 7 days with bronchitis. 10/12/2024: Ho avuto il piacere di cenare in un ristorante che, dal punto di vista della location, merita davvero un plauso. Immerso in un ampio spazio verde, con giardini ben curati e un’atmosfera che invita al relax, il locale è perfetto per chi cerca una fuga dalla frenesia quotidiana. Purtroppo non posso dire lo stesso per il cibo, almeno per il momento, perché mi riservo di dargli un’altra chance. Sebbene le aspettative fossero alte, vista la qualità della location e la cura del servizio, la cena non ha soddisfatto appieno le mie attese. Se la location è sicuramente un punto di forza che mi invoglia a tornare, il mio voto finale sul cibo è di 7 su 10. Il Tagliere misto di salumi e formaggi, insalate fredde, zuppe calde e sfiziosità varie (20,00 euro) è un classico della tavola italiana, quindi semplice e buono, il Filetto di cervo in salsa (un fuori menù di cui non ricordo il prezzo), ben abbinato con la salsa di accompagnamento, è stato tenero e delicato, mentre la Guancia di manzo semi-glassata alla cannella (20,00 euro), consigliata da una cameriera come carne particolarmente morbida da sciogliersi in bocca, era tutt’altro che burro, l’ho trovata infatti veramente difficile da masticare, fibrosa e troppo soda (forse per un problema di cottura). Invece il Cappuccino dello chef, come coccola di fine pasto a 7,00 euro, è stato un’alternativa gradevole al caffè. Potevo far riportare indietro il secondo di carne? Ragionevolmente sì, sarebbe stato corretto, ma non me la sono sentita di guastare la serata.

I am not the type to leave reviews but I feel morally obligated to praise this piadineria for its efficient service (fast and friendly) and in these times with sky-high prices, you can still eat a lot and at a RIGHT price! I highly recommend this place because they make you eat, and well, without breaking your bones with the bill. Congratulations on your excellent work! My wife and I will be back.

22/02/2025: Birthday lunch very beautiful place with the snow-capped mountains in the background. Extremely well-kept garden suitable for ceremonies and ample parking. Lunch based on extremely fresh fish, from Terracina. Abundant and well prepared dishes. Simple menu without putting many dishes that create confusion. Very good, on serve 4 because they got the service order wrong by not starting with the women. In 6 people with 3 starters, 5 first courses and 4 second courses with side dishes we spent 210 euros. Approved I will definitely be back

02/02/2025: Posto assurdo. L'antipasto arrivato in un attimo. Poi il nulla. Oltre 45 minuti per il resto che arriva a pezzi. Prima qualche primo poi i secondi, ovviamente anche questi un po' per volta. Insomma entrati alle 13, alle 15.14 ricordiamo al cameriere che mancano ancora un primo e due secondi. Non basta, la pasta completamente insipida, tutti i tipi. Forse hanno finito il sale. Mai più.

Lovely place, precise service Loris truly an exquisite person... mixed starter hot cold very good.... The first courses are really excellent, the mixed grill really top...
