10/05/2025: In my opinion the best pizza by the slice in Fiuggi, few flavors but fantastic from the dough to the products used for seasoning, I couldn't recommend them better for a quick meal.

11/03/2025: We had the pleasure of visiting the “Cironi” slaughterhouse during a guided tour organized by the Sandro Pertini Agricultural Institute, and the experience was truly instructive and interesting. The veterinarian was extremely professional and was able to explain all the various aspects of the process clearly and sensitively, answering the students' questions with great availability. The environment was welcoming, and the owners' commitment to ensuring an educational and respectful field trip was perceived. An experience that allowed all of us to better understand the dynamics linked to food production, in a practical and engaging way. We certainly recommend this visit to all schools who wish to enrich their educational path with a unique opportunity. PS: the sandwich with freshly baked porchetta is excellent!

30/06/2025: Siamo stati qui a pranzo in una tranquilla giornata di lunedì. Il locale è molto spartano, ma sta in una posizione incantevole a Campocatino in mezzo ai monti Ernici. Il personale tutto è davvero molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo preso l’antipasto della casa, fettuccine ai funghi porcini e gnocchi al ragù, tutto buonissimo, così come il dolce fatto in casa. Torneremo senz’altro!

17/08/2025: The place is nice, the staff is friendly, the service is fast, and I had an excellent Chianina sandwich, really good. Everything was perfect, the only problem was finding parking, but we were there on a holiday, so maybe it's easier on normal days.

17/08/2025: I stopped here while passing through, looking for a place to eat, and I saw "the cat." On the menu, I found a bison burger sandwich. I was curious to try it; I'd never seen it anywhere else. Simply fantastic! Very tasty. It was served with perfectly cooked skin-on fries. If I ever pass this way again, I'll definitely stop by. The atmosphere is very unique and pleasant, both the outdoor garden and the interior. I didn't see any parking, but we parked nearby without any problems.

27/04/2025: Il bettoliere is an excellent restaurant which in addition to being surrounded by an enchanting mountainous backdrop... It offers a unique and sublime cuisine with unique and typical high quality dishes. Both the chef's ability to present the dishes in an enveloping way and all the support of the family are masterful, and thanks to their pure availability and full affability, we enter a purely human and welcoming dimension. We didn't feel like we were passing through on a trip at all, but we had the feeling of being an integral part of a lifestyle. Which I will carry as a model to imitate. 06/07/2025: Very welcoming place, cared for in the smallest details, excellent quality raw materials, panoramic terraces with a view of the spectacular cyclopean walls. The staff is friendly and attentive to any request. Quite fast service and the owner Bruno is truly top notch.

26/07/2025: It was my first time there. The outdoor area was welcoming, the staff was friendly, but the overall quality wasn't enough to give a positive review of the place: I ordered three portions of bruschetta, which were very salty! I ordered a pizza, which, in my opinion, had insufficiently risen dough! Finally, I went to the cashier to pay the bill, where I was given a non-fiscal receipt, so I had to ask for a fiscal one. Then, on the receipt, I found a €2 cover charge, even though here in Lazio, regional law no. 21/2006 expressly prohibits this charge. Therefore, I won't be returning to this pizzeria.

12/08/2025: A very positive experience... a well-maintained hotel managed with care and professionalism... Huge, convenient, and secure parking...large, modernized, and very clean rooms... Super pleasant pool, much appreciated, especially for cooling off after a long trip... New gym with excellent equipment, very useful even for avid bodybuilders...well done! A hotel like this earns a lot of points with a gym! The restaurant is convenient and the food is excellent! Highly recommended! P.S.: My favorite in the area!

01/08/2025: Right at the Cassino exit, a very convenient location for those heading south and looking for a quick stopover. Extremely efficient staff, from reception to housekeeping. The pool was intimate and clean, the rooms spacious and fragrant, and the restaurant excellent, including the extremely friendly staff! I want to thank the receptionist who promptly resolved a small issue we had with our room. We will definitely be back because we had a wonderful time!

14/06/2025: Purtroppo l’esperienza non è stata positiva. La pizza servita, a mio avviso, non poteva essere definita né una vera pizza né tantomeno una focaccia, per consistenza e sapore. Ancora più grave è quanto accaduto con la pizza senza glutine: la persona celiaca che era con me ha accusato forti malesseri per tutta la notte e anche il giorno successivo, segno evidente di una probabile contaminazione, forse dovuta all'utilizzo dello stesso forno o alla scarsa attenzione nella preparazione. Un episodio serio che solleva dubbi sulla sicurezza alimentare del locale, soprattutto per chi soffre di celiachia. Sconsigliato, non solo per la qualità ma anche per i rischi potenzialmente pericolosi.

30/05/2025: Excellent fried food together with a homemade fettuccine with wild boar with the pieces on top of the pasta like my grandmother used to make, exceptional honest price, very kind waitress, they also make gluten-free pizza.
