05/04/2024: I had been there a few years ago and I must say that the food was really good. Excellent raw materials with truly special homemade pasta. Rather original combinations that meet the pleasure of the palate. Every time you would like to take everything from the appetizer to the dessert but you have to restrain yourself because the dishes are abundant. Congratulations for your professionalism maintained over time.

05/04/2024: We were in traffic and so we decided to go and eat something in Ferentino. This restaurant was a very pleasant, welcoming surprise, family run, with surprising attention to the quality of the food and the combination and balance of flavours. All delicious with a good quality/price ratio and an excellent cellar. We will definitely be back.

06/11/2023: A few days ago I was at this farmhouse for the first time and I really feel like recommending it to everyone. Everything was impeccable: from the warm and welcoming room, to the table set with extreme attention to detail, to the staff who pampered and delighted us from appetizer to dessert. Sublime appetizer with focaccia, cured meats, cheeses, grilled vegetables, honey and jams strictly produced by them. If you go in a group like in my case, I suggest you have the pizzas brought to you already cut in the centre. This way, you will have the opportunity to try them all because one is better than the other. Here too there is a peculiarity worthy of note: instead of mozzarella they use a first salt of their own production. And the same goes for the desserts, in the cheesecake you will find their ricotta and in the tart their plum jam. In short, a 0 km farm in the true sense of the word, where the quality of the ingredients and the love for one's work are perceived from the first moment!

22/03/2024: I went blind, but I have to say the food is exceptional. My wife's calzone, the baby, is larger than the plate, full and with a perfect dough (let alone the normal one), I had a mixed grill really made to perfection. Well done and congratulations. I'll be back very willingly.

09/03/2024: Superlative pizza, lovely staff, welcoming place. Overall everything was wonderful except the tiramisu, no not that, the revisited tiramisu please don't call it tiramisu or I suggest you warn the customer that it is not a classic tiramisu so as not to disappoint expectations. But clearly it's really about wanting to find nitpicks since the pizza and everything else is of superior goodness because they are prepared with quality ingredients. The price is worth the quality.

24/03/2024: Negative experience, very long wait between the starter and the first course. We waited another half hour for the second one and then seeing that it didn't arrive, we paid and left.

The typical cuisine of Alta Ciociaria (upper Frusinate) is traditionally simple, with ancient flavors but at the Bassetto Restaurant they have been able to combine ancient and modern with mastery and sobriety. At lunch, on Sunday or on the occasion of the holidays, you meet the historic families of the place and many friends and, above all, the owners know how to create a welcoming and familiar atmosphere, making everyone feel at ease with joy. Really quality cuisine. Typical dishes of this restaurant are the "fini-fini ciociari", their crèpes, meats, ice cream, trifle.
