10/03/2024: Siamo stati ieri sera per la prima volta in questo locale. Locale accogliente, paella ottima, e titolare molto accogliente, appena siamo entrati è venuto a stringerci la mano. Visto che era la prima volta, ad ogni piatto ci ha raccontato la storia del piatto e degli ingredienti utilizzati. È stato molto piacevole, appena entrati, sentire il profumo del cibo che avvolge tutto il locale. Torneremo presto.

This time I got the mixed paella. The next time only fish. Very convenient is the fact that as soon as you arrive, with the place full, they bring you the excellent appetizer and within a short time the paella requested at the time of booking. It ends with the creme brulee without having to order. Highly recommended.

10/03/2024: Il locale è delizioso, pulito, accogliente e curato in ogni particolare. Persino il bagno merita un'occhiata per quanto è bello e ben tenuto. Ho assaggiato gli antipasti presenti nel menù, tutti ottimi, e gli gnocchi con ragù bianco di bufalo, eccellenti. La cordialità del personale di sala costituisce il valore aggiunto del ristorante. L'attenzione genuina ai clienti da parte della proprietaria/sommelier, infine, è ciò che fa venire voglia di arrampicarsi di nuovo e presto nel paesino di Castro dei Volsci per farsi coccolare in questo ristorante

The food with refined flavors took me by surprise and pleasantly surprised me. The welcome and truly excellent service. 03/04/2024: A small shop but where you can buy some really excellent sweets. The orange donuts are special. We pack them every time we go to Fumone. If they aren't ready you can ask and after about thirty minutes they take them out of the oven. Really good.

28/02/2024: Very good artisanal biscuits, like homemade, with just a few simple ingredients. In addition to the almond tozzetti and chocolate biscuits with walnuts, which were an excellent and much appreciated dessert at the end of the meal, they also offer various other types.
