28/09/2025: What can I say? Highly recommended! The meat was sublime, and the owner and staff were so professional! We'll definitely be back! Excellent value!

17/09/2025: Sausages were overcooked, dry, steaks acceptable, but cooked fairly roughly. The requested medium-rare steak arrived practically blue (cold inside) and almost burned on the outside. Service was fairly courteous, the Cessna wine acceptable. Acceptable. Overall costs, in my opinion, were disproportionate. The steak was cheap, but two fried meatballs were also dry. It was 10 euros, rather than a large cheese platter with sweet provolone, a very good aged pecorino, and a young pecorino from the supermarket. It cost another 10 euros, also because the order was for a small, dry sausage with a small piece of cheese. The sausage was actually there and paid for separately. The cheese platter would have been returned, but it was my fault. I had too high expectations...

07/10/2025: Welcoming place in Alatri. The manager is very kind and courteous, the dishes are plentiful and good. We had the platter for two and the fettuccine with ragù... simply delicious!!

14/03/2026: We had lunch at this truly delightful restaurant. Simple, authentic flavors from days gone by at truly exceptional prices. The homemade fettuccine with porcini mushrooms and coppiette were the standouts, but it was really hard to choose. My compliments, indeed.

22/02/2026: Fantastic experience! The food was delicious, the staff was simply excellent: friendly, attentive, and the value for money was excellent! They even treated our dog with kid gloves. The place is meticulously maintained, and everything is truly exceptional. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back. The best ever.

05/03/2026: I spent three days in Cassino for work, from March 3rd to 5th, 2026. I had a great time. My special compliments go to the ladies in the breakfast room for their cheerfulness and their responsiveness to every request. Then I had a truly excellent cappuccino. They were truly excellent. The reception, much less so. The stars are for these ladies, who made the difference.

10/12/2025: We have a place in Ceccano and discovered this place on our last trip in June. It's truly a unique place to eat. The staff is very friendly, the food is exceptional, and the overall atmosphere is one of guaranteed fun for everyone. We're just starting to learn Italian, so we're not fluent, but that never deterred the staff, who addressed our language difficulties with kindness and laughter. We returned last week and consider it one of our favorite restaurants here in Ceccano. Cheers to Simone!

I went with a group of friends, and from the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful: each dish was carefully explained to us, making us appreciate what we were about to enjoy even more. Their kindness, however, was the true added value of the evening, rare and sincere. Paolo, the owner, was a wonderful person, making us feel at ease and conveying the passion he puts into his business. The quality-price ratio was also excellent, absolutely in line with the quality offered. Highly recommended restaurant: I will definitely be back.

The food is carefully crafted, balanced, and flavorful, and there's no shortage of it. The kindness and courtesy of the owner, Stefano, complete the picture of this place. WELL DONE, keep it up!

23/11/2025: A historic trattoria serving traditional cuisine. Order the "fini fini" or the carbonara for your first course, or the "bolognese" for your second course—you won't be disappointed. Recommended.

15/03/2026: Very nice place. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Despite the restaurant's size, the service was very well organized. As for the dishes: the first courses are very tasty and refined, some with unusual but very well-chosen pairings; the second courses are excellent quality, even those with very tasty seasonal vegetable pairings. A special mention goes to the baked potatoes, which were very, very tasty. As for the dessert, I was expecting something more rustic and flavorful. However, as for the quality-price ratio, let's say it was a little expensive, but in an ignorant case, it's acceptable. All in all, we were all happy 😊

08/03/2026: We went for dinner a few weeks ago. The place is beautiful, new, and well-maintained. We dined on the (enclosed) veranda; there's plenty of outdoor space, and dining in the garden is definitely pleasant in the summer. The table was carefully set, and the service was very attentive. We ordered homemade spaghetti with broccoli rabe, sausage, and smoked provola cheese, a 350g sliced ​​beef, a mixed grill, two potato sides, and a dessert. Total cost was €90, which, considering the sliced ​​beef, is reasonable. The first course was not great, but I was curious to try a first course (though I saw it was being ordered at many tables). The sliced ​​steak was very tender and melted in the mouth, but the flavor wasn't overwhelming. The menu is too experimental for my tastes, with few "classic" options. My meal wasn't bad; the food was good, but it wasn't impressive. I'm still curious about the location in the summer, but I probably wouldn't return—a shame!

12/02/2026: This typical Ciociaria restaurant is located in Amaseno (home of the buffalo mozzarella). It's a very welcoming, spacious place with parking, perfect for lunch, dinner, or a special occasion, enjoying traditional Ciociaria fare (anything containing buffalo mozzarella is, of course, recommended). The food is excellent, from the first and second courses, to the appetizers and side dishes, and of course, the local wine. The staff is large and extremely friendly, the waits are short between courses, the rooms are clean, and the patio and garden are lovely. The value for money is perfect!

23/12/2025: AMBIENCE: A few days ago, I visited Ristorante Da Giotto in Amaseno. Upon arriving, I immediately noticed how the place was surrounded by greenery, almost like a fairytale inn. Upon entering, I found myself in a spacious room. I was led to my large and spacious table to begin my lunch. EXPERIENCE: For my first course, I ordered fini fini, a thin egg pasta, and for my sauce, I chose a white buffalo mozzarella ragù. The consistency of the pasta and the delicacy of the ragù are key words to describe this dish. For my second course, I ordered a rare Angus steak with a side of baked potatoes. The meat was tender and juicy, and the potatoes were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. BILL: I found the bill to be in line with the service received and the food ordered.
