18/12/2023: Lovely place, superlative food, very kind and friendly staff. Also excellent for families, a stone's throw from the center but in a spectacular atmosphere. Undoubtedly worth trying. I went back a few days ago and that enchanting atmosphere is felt even more. Congratulations 💯

04/03/2024: Grande complesso di recente costruzione, dotato dì ampio parcheggio, in posizione panoramica e tenuto benissimo, all’insegna del massimo decoro e della comodità dei clienti. Struttura collaudata ed efficientissima, in grado di ospitare sia grandi tavolate per occasioni speciali e sia gruppi molto ristretti. Menù ampio ma pur sempre elaborato con rigore e maestria, che spazia dalle proposte di mare a quelle di terra. Porzioni generose e presentate con cura. Servizio attento e professionale. Prezzi abbordabili. Consigliato con piena convinzione.

28/02/2024: This is my first time booking at this restaurant. Excellent expectations, beautiful restaurant and waiters like all the staff very very kind. The only flaw is risotto with scampi cream rated 7 but lime and prawn risotto rated 10!

18/02/2024: Abbiamo festeggiato il compleanno di mio marito e oltre al nostro evento le sale erano piene ,ma non c'è stato niente fuori posto servizio eccellente velocità anche Cibo eccezionale e rigorosamente tutto fatto in casa.e per finire l'educazione e la cortesia di chi ci ha servito tutto questo grazie Ad Annalisa che è Un'ottima ed eccezionale Padrona di casa . Consiglio vivamente a tutti.

25/02/2024: The Rosette. What can I say, I'm in this historic pizzeria in Alatri, a truly unique place surrounded by ancient walls. We ate upstairs where it is preferably more of a restaurant but as we were in a group at the table everyone satisfied their own tastes. For the first time we focused on a classic appetizer and pizza, an appetizer of quality cured meats and cheeses with really fresh tomato bruschetta and a platter of mixed fried foods "suppli, croquettes etc". Everything was excellent and the pizza was really well cooked, it varies from low to high crust based on the flavor you choose. Very satisfied! If I can advise you if perhaps you are not a glutton 😆 I recommend a shovel in the center "you can choose your tastes and size" Only one person took a beef fillet instead, it was truly WOW.. I didn't give the full 5 stars only because I will definitely return to try the restaurant department! In conclusion, appetizers in the centre, a pizza each and a second course of meat, water, cola, two beers each, coffee, grappa, €27 I would say is excellent given the location which is worth the price. I obviously took a look for those like me who are passionate about wines, whiskeys and gins. The wines are excellent, the whiskeys and gins are good if you want to have something livelier after a meal or as an aperitif. A regà, super RECOMMENDED! 02/04/2024: Total chaos, little space to dance given the many tables placed inside to make more seats. The food is sufficient given the dishes that were made 20 years ago, the service is the same, the price is what you eat. There is better and it's a real shame given what gastronomy in general is going through.

29/08/2023: Best pizza in Alatri in my opinion. Spectacular shorts and napkins, excellent quality/price ratio. I highly recommend booking especially in the winter months as the place is very small.

09/03/2024: During my visit, I enjoyed a delicious single portion of dessert at this place. The bakery offers an excellent assortment of bread, pizza and desserts. Located in the open countryside, it is a quiet corner. Despite the absence of tables for eating on site, the quality of the takeaway products is remarkable. It is interesting to note that there are also markets in Lazio.

20/01/2024: I purchased their products at the San Teodoro al Circo Massimo market in Rome (every Saturday and Sunday) and I must say that they have exceptional products and at fair prices. I will definitely be back!

26/12/2023: UGONE Provincial heritage, Little to say, it's always nice to come back and find everything as you left it, Ugo who with his spontaneity serves you without "outspokenness", without thinking that someone gets offended, that one feels bad etc etc in a word HEALTHY. The place has remained as it was in the golden times and for people like me who love TRADITIONS it is always a nice feeling to be filled with joy by clinging to these bastions of the past.. Simple appetizer, nothing special, but the pizza is always like taking a bite of a pizza from the good times, like remembering that bitten pizza at middle school class dinners when the dough was prepared days before and the pizza chef rolled it out with elbow grease .. In short, going to the Conca is taking a dive into the past and certainly an experience that will be up to you and your character to give it a name... UGONE NEVER GIVE UP...
