Pizzeria Nicola In Frosinone

Small, simple place in Frosinone. The pizza is good and digestible, the only flaw is a little too much water in the bottom so that after a while it becomes very, too soft. But the overall flavor isn't bad. The supplì seemed to be of the already packaged type (because otherwise they are not the best) and therefore it is useless to give a judgement, no good Roman appreciates industrial supplì. I repeat that the pizza without that liquid on the bottom would be excellent.

Simple, clean and well-kept place, very friendly and helpful staff. The pizzeria has an excellent quality/price ratio. The pizzas are rich, well seasoned with quality ingredients, the supplì and the croquettes and omelettes are made by them, or rather well made by them! Also recommended for takeaway

Really excellent pizza, very kind staff and very good ingredients. I would only change the tomato used, it's not good at all. Too strong and acidic, otherwise it would be a perfect pizza

Locale semplice...perché dei frinzoli,pizzi e lustrini non ce ne facciamo nulla. Il personale ( Elena) molto cordiale, disponibile e simpatica. E sulla pizza che dire... ottima. Vasta scelta di gusti.
