Mixed starter, it wasn't the best.
Baked sea bass, boned by a butcher, instead of fillet, pieces of fish ended up on the plate. Excessive for two, but when it comes to selling everything is allowed🤦 when they took over they didn't specify that they could feed a family.
After 15 minutes I asked for the dessert menu, the disgusted waiter exclaimed: -don't you finish it? I counted to 100, calmly and with a smile I reiterated to bring the dessert menu.
A young boy approached us, showed us the desserts, very polite and sweet, I asked him if the management had changed, years ago I was a regular customer and very satisfied after years I would say that Domus Hernica is no longer that of a time.
I'm sorry but it wasn't a good experience, especially when paying you find yourself with unpleasant surprises.

17/03/2024: We went to this beautiful restaurant, for an informal dinner, and I will definitely recommend it to my friends. The food with refined flavors took me by surprise and pleasantly surprised me. The welcome and truly excellent service. We thank those who, for a simple glass of wine, took a walk in the cold to the cellar! We'll be back soon...wait for us!

03/03/2024: You can't get more artisanal beer than this! Produced by Francesco and Giorgio, it can be enjoyed directly in their restaurant combined with one of their wonderful Ciociara twist sandwiches. My favorites are definitely La Paesana, Federiga and Oro and obviously the crispy ciociaro!

07/01/2024: Oggi noi siamo andati in questo ristorante e subito abbiamo iniziato a socializzare con il personale ed erano gentilissimi, poi abbiamo ordinato un antipasto e 3 primi e siamo stato inondati da un antipasto gigantesco e che costava poco ed era così grande che non abbiamo neanche finito i 3 primi.

14/03/2024: In una fredda serata di febbraio, questa piccola sperduta trattoria, all'esterno quasi buia, non lasciava presagire nulla di buono. Invece, unici ospiti, siamo stati accolti molto bene dal proprietario che ci ha sistemato vicino al camino e ci ha preparato grandi portate di gustose pietanze, che non siamo neanche riusciti a consumare per intero. Certo, in quelle circostanze il menù non era particolarmente vasto, ma comunque in grado di soddisfare. Chicca finale, delle frittelline dolci alla ricotta, veramente eccellenti. Il conto è stata una vera sorpresa: in positivo!!!
03/03/2024: Cordialità e cortesia del personale si uniscono ad una cucina favolosa. Ci siamo capitati per caso per una breve gita, ma torneremo di sicuro. Il castrato alla cacciatora è da assaggiare assolutamente e il tocco Pet friendly mette il locale e i suoi gestori al primo posto nella classifica.

Intense flavors, homemade, lunch outdoors, under a tree, time therefore spent in the best way
We arrived with a smile and left with an even bigger smile
Parking 10 meters by the way (I recommend stopping instead from the traffic police station towards Chalet and then walking up here, you can enjoy Veroli)
27/08/2023: Ormai siamo sulla scia dei piatti di pasta da 60 grammi a 18 euro. Siamo sulla scia della cucina bella da vedere ma non compatibile con la fame. I fili fili sono fatti con il pomodoro e basilico dovrebbero avere un costo umano ed invece …il posto è carino ma il ristorante segue ormai l’onda del primo e mezzo antipasto a 25 euro. Siamo a veroli e non a Firenze abbassare il tiro non sarebbe male. Mi sono alzato con una fame boia . Alè

Everything clean and tidy.
The very kind lady.
We called her to let us know about the delay and she was available to wait for us.
The photos you see were taken when we were about to leave here and the mess is the result of the use of the structure.
We will definitely return but I absolutely recommend the place.
25/08/2023: Noi abbiamo pernottato durante il rientro dalle vacanze. Quindi non ristorante e colazione che non è servita. Camera grande e pulita. Lettino da campeggio per la piccola e Lettino per il più grande . Signora che ci ha accolti con molta gentilezza e simpatia. Consiglio per una tappa

06/01/2024: Buonasera,purtroppo la sera del 31 Dicembre ci siamo ritrovati con amici per festeggiare il Capodanno e con rammarico sono rimasta delusa dalle portate servite.
In altre occasioni ho potuto degustare cibi di qualità' ,mi sarei aspettata lo stesso trattamento anche per il Capodanno.
Spero che questa mia recensione possa stimolare i gestori a migliorarsi

14/03/2024: Si tratta di una struttura ben articolata, fra sale per matrimoni, sale per ristorante, bel parco fra gli ulivi ed ampio parcheggio. Utilizzata solo per la parte albergo e non ristorante. Fuori stagione non funziona ovviamente una bella piscina. Personale gentile e belle camere con piccolo balconcino. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, almeno in bassa stagione.

18/02/2024: Dal nome ti aspetti una trattoria e invece ti trovi in un ristorante elegante e innovativo che cucina piatti con ingredienti tradizionali ma rivisitati in una cucina a vista e con uno staff giovane e molto professionale. Ho adorato il cannolo di cicoria ma era tutto veramente buono. Bellissimo il tavolo che ci hanno preparato e veramente super il servizio.
