30/11/2025: Lefebvre Restaurant is part of my childhood. You're literally next to a pond, a swimming pool, and outside there's a small swing for the kids to play on. The interior is very welcoming, almost luxurious. Outside there's a nice, spacious space with tables and a canopy. The ultimate level of luxury.

Ample parking.
Well-maintained garden, perfect for souvenir photos.
Very elegant interior, suitable for weddings and other events, or for couples.
Very clean.
Friendly staff.
Excellent quality of ingredients.
The only caveat: events are held simultaneously, which means that for birthdays with music (despite being hosted in a closed room), the noise level is a bit high, but not to the point of being intolerable. Advice for restaurant owners: adequately soundproof the event room.

First time at Carmelo.
The dinner exceeded our expectations!
The restaurant is intimate and very charming, both inside and out.
The dishes served were truly top-quality, both in terms of the ingredients used and their pairing. The generous portions and the combination of flavors and ingredients demonstrate the chef's professionalism.
We will definitely be back...

We savored the cuisine of this restaurant: fish and meat, excellent homemade pasta, and everything freshly made. NICOLA and DEODATO pampered us with simple and very friendly service. We really enjoyed our meal. We'll be back soon. Thank you.

25/01/2026: Typical Lazio cuisine with simple dishes and moderate prices. The restaurant has a very large dining room, ideal for groups, and ample outdoor seating, perfect on sunny days. The atmosphere is relaxed, the service friendly, and the portions generous.
19/01/2026: We've been frequenting this restaurant for over five years now, and every time we leave with a big smile and a full stomach.
We initially chose it by chance because my partner is celiac, but over time it has proven to be an essential stop when we're in Fiuggi.
The dishes tell the culinary story of the area, with generous portions and extremely friendly and professional service.
Another notable feature is the attention to gluten-free options, which are every bit as good as the regular dishes.
P.S.: Top-notch first courses and top-notch meat.

27/12/2025: There were two of us. My husband and I. They treated us like dirt. As if we didn't exist! We arrived at 8:50 as instructed, and they seated us almost immediately despite the thousands of people packed in. So far, so good...then the chaos began. They brought our appetizers 50 minutes later, cold and thrown away as if someone else had left them over. For a pizza and a main course (a very simple grilled chicken breast and a side dish, they'd forgotten our order at 10:15), anyone who arrived after us was served...for us, cosmic nothingness. We left, paying the 20 euros requested, and we'll never set foot in this place again!
