Truly enchanting place, amazing cuisine, excellent quality. I ate the best beef strips ever. The rooms were spotless and had all the comforts... and what can I say about the owners? Fantastic people. I highly recommend them.

Just returned from a mid-August lunch. Excellent experience, with the à la carte menu offering the option of just a single appetizer. The staff were helpful and the owner was extremely kind and attentive, making us feel at home. There were nine of us, and the service was prompt and in a room where we could chat, which is no small feat on special days like these. A pleasant discovery. We'll definitely be back.

“Signature Cuisine” July 4, 2026 Frascati, Italy My wife and I had lunch at Antico Granaio, near Paliano, and we couldn't have asked for anything better. Even though we arrived late (around 3:00 PM), the owner, Mr. Angelo, and his staff welcomed us with open arms and a kindness and professionalism from days gone by. Mr. Angelo is a truly fascinating character, a true artist both in life and in the restaurant business, and it was a great pleasure to listen to his stories. The food was simply exceptional from start to finish: from the appetizer to the first course, to the main course and dessert, every dish was carefully crafted and delicious. The location is splendid, elegant, and meticulously maintained, enhanced by a beautiful outdoor garden that must be a delight for romantic or group dinners in the evening. A heartfelt thank you to Angelo and all the staff for making this lunch such a special occasion. We'll definitely be back!

A magical retreat just steps from Rome: feel at home We discovered this property almost by chance over the Easter weekend and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location is strategic: just 10 minutes from the Colleferro toll booth, it's the perfect escape from the chaos of the capital. We were welcomed by Angelo and Sillia, two old-fashioned innkeepers who make you feel immediately at home. The property is tastefully furnished, adorned with paintings throughout that create a unique atmosphere. Our room overlooked the Castello dei Principi Colonna: a super-comfortable bed, a bathroom with a window, and even Netflix available. We loved the common area with a fully equipped kitchenette (a full fridge for breakfast, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a microwave) and the garden below, a haven of absolute peace where you can enjoy the silence and fresh air. A special mention goes to the on-site restaurant, also run by the owners: excellent quality products and a truly extensive selection of wines (local and international). The value for money is unbeatable. The only sad moment was checking out: saying goodbye to Angelo and Sillia was like saying goodbye to family. We'll definitely be back! Small tips for perfection: Install a toilet seat. Add a guest book in the common area so people can leave a message or a written thank you. Highly recommended for those seeking relaxation, human warmth, and good food!

A family-run inn, where the furnishings and paintings reflect the owner's eclectic style. Beautiful music, good food with a taste of yesteryear. I've also stayed in the very comfortable guest rooms, with breakfast included and private parking. In conclusion, I recommend everyone to visit this osteria; you won't be disappointed.
