22/12/2025: If you're looking for the authentic flavors of Ciociaria tradition combined with a touch of sophistication, Trattoria del Maresciallo is a must-try. I had the studio's pre-Christmas dinner here, and we were immediately impressed by the beautiful location in a stunning setting, just like "Canceglie" during the holiday season. However, it was the first and second courses that left us speechless. The maltagliati with guanciale and chickpea cream are a perfect balance of textures: the creaminess of the chickpeas perfectly complements the crunchiness of the guanciale, a heart-warming dish. ​The real highlight, however, was the red wine stew: tender meat that literally melts in the mouth, and a rich, fragrant, and deeply flavorful sauce. You can taste the carefully selected ingredients and the expertly slow cooking. ​Special mention goes to the service, which was absolutely excellent. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and makes you feel welcome from the first moment to the last, with a courtesy that's hard to find elsewhere these days. ​An impeccable gastronomic experience that I highly recommend to anyone passing through Sora.

The food is the real standout. Every dish is fresh, balanced, and full of honest flavor. You can taste the quality in the ingredients, the attention in the preparation, and the passion behind the kitchen. Whether it is a simple pasta, a regional specialty, or a classic dessert, everything arrives beautifully done. Portions are just right, prices are more than fair, and the experience leaves you satisfied in a way that larger tourist spots never match. A special thank you to the very beautiful Barbara. 20/10/2025: Bellavista Winery isn't just a restaurant or a winery: it's a truly enchanting place where culinary excellence blends with a magical atmosphere. The panoramic view, which gives the restaurant its name, is simply breathtaking and adds a touch of unforgettable romance, especially at sunset. The heart of the experience is, of course, the cuisine. To say "the food is good" is an understatement. The dishes are a tribute to tradition and the high quality of the ingredients, presented with care and creativity that elevate every imagination. The handmade cavatelli with creamed artichokes and crispy bacon are a dream. Along with the other delicacies, the owner contributes to making the stay all the more cheerful and enjoyable. What can I say...we'll return soon.

19/01/2026: IT IS A FAMILY-RUN HOTEL MANAGED BY THE OWNERS, SURROUNDED BY GREENLAND BUT LOCATED IN THE TOWN AND CLOSE TO THE MOTORWAY, THEREFORE VERY EASY TO REACH, AND THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE, WITH PARTICULAR AVAILABILITY ON THE PART OF THE OWNERS.

09/01/2026: Beautiful location near the city center and stunning garden with ample parking at the back. Restaurant with excellent selection of cuisine and quality of food. The only downside is the room, which could be improved with little expense. The bathroom could be better maintained. Reasonable price.

20/12/2025: We ate wonderfully; the pasta and meat dishes we ate were all delicious and refined. The dining room features a beautiful fireplace. The view is as far as the eye can see. The prices are significantly below average. An experience worth having. P.S.: After a couple of years, I feel compelled to update the stars on my review, giving it my all. Having returned to this restaurant several times, I can only praise it for the quality and deliciousness found for every occasion. Congratulations!

17/01/2026: Very nice location, small but well-maintained. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The dishes are well-presented, with generous portions and high-quality ingredients. A good selection of wines. Good value for money. The location is well-positioned, but parking is a bit difficult as it's almost in the city center.

16/12/2025: A warm, serene, no-frills place. The service was calm, everyone was comfortable, fast, and efficient, accommodating, and elegant. The dishes were excellent; we ate seafood and meat, and it was all delicious. Congratulations again.

03/12/2025: Good evening We visited this restaurant again, a family lunch for four. Everything is always perfect, from the service to the food, from the location to the friendliness of the owners. We had made a reservation for polenta, and they offered us a trio of appetizers, including pork ribs, porcini mushrooms, and turnip greens, which we happily accepted. Everything was cooked to perfection. Highly recommended, but book in advance as you risk a long wait.
