From appetizers to first courses, from main courses to dessert, including the bread, everything is prepared with care and carefully selected ingredients. The freshly prepared vermouth also deserves special mention. We'll definitely be back.

12/04/2026: The appetizer was good, although since it featured local products, they couldn't tell us the name of the particular salami served. The pizza was disappointing (the toppings were good, but the dough was unsavory), and it was served almost cold; as it cooled, it was even impossible to cut. I wouldn't return.

04/01/2026: A ca's restaurant aside. I was pleasantly surprised to return after a while, even though it's actually close to home and so often you miss the opportunity to go somewhere else, even when passing through. I went for dinner with friends; we varied between appetizers, first courses, and fish-based main courses, but there's also a meat menu if needed. The mixed cold and hot fish appetizers, the first courses were excellent. We tried two first courses: a tonnarello with broccoli rabe, anchovies, and more, with a wonderful sweet and sour combination, and a calamarata with baby octopus and olive sauce, top! The fish main courses are equally delicious; we were already full, but the excellent chef recommended it, and we chose a tuna steak with a blackberry sauce that we fought over, and a tempura cod that was crunchy but still a cloud in the mouth. The wines on the menu are also good, with a very attractive quality/price ratio. If you're unsure, ask for advice. Generally speaking, prices obviously vary depending on what you order, but you can spend anywhere from €35/40 to €60/70 if you indulge in the food and drinks. As an extra, try their homemade desserts, and if you're a grappa lover, they also have some truly unique grappas. The atmosphere is very intimate, refined, and limited. Overall, highly recommended! Carmelo and his incredibly friendly staff will guide you through a delightful food and wine experience, from course to joke. P.S. Not to mention, they're named Italy's best restaurant 2024/25 and awarded the Silver Fork. I recommend making a reservation!

21/12/2025: I was looking for a cozy spot for my anniversary, hoping to impress my wife with some unique cuisine. I absolutely hit the nail on the head by going to "A Ca Parte." We ate quality seafood, guided by the chef, and enjoyed every single course. It was an undoubtedly excellent dinner.

25/04/2026: The place is truly beautiful and welcoming, the staff is extremely kind and eager to please. The food is excellent, as is the presentation. Excellent value for money. Definitely worth a try!

02/05/2026: PURE SPECTACULAR!! We came to this place after a friend's recommendation, and what can I say? It's wonderful. Super fresh fish, divine dishes, and friendly staff. I've eaten better fish here in Fiuggi than in other seaside towns. Fair prices. What can I say? HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

02/05/2026: A truly lovely, well-kept, welcoming place, with young, friendly staff, always smiling and kind. The dishes were all excellent, tasty, beautifully presented, light, beautiful to look at, and delicious to eat. Crispy fried fish, piping hot and plentiful, sea bream in a potato and almond crust was truly delicate and beautifully presented, and what can we say about the purple gnocchi with clams, very flavorful and appetizing. The cream baba deserves special mention...a delight, beautifully balanced in both the liqueur and the cream. I highly recommend the place, and we'll definitely be back to try other dishes we've been curious about.

15/04/2026: First, I'd like to explain why I gave Pizzeria Alpachino five stars for its atmosphere: on one wall, there's a mural of old Brooklyn, and on the opposite wall, one of old Manhattan. Every time I see them, my heart fills with joy. Ever since I moved to this area, I've been missing New York-style pizza, and when I discovered Alpachino's pizza, I felt right at home again. Finally, the guys who run the place are incredibly kind and friendly. My wife and I come for lunch at least once a week. A perfect restaurant. As a side note, I also like Al Pachino, the protagonist of the Godfather films, so I love seeing the restaurant's name. First, to address giving Pizzeria Alpachino five stars for atmosphere: there's a mural of old Brooklyn on one wall, and a mural of old Manhattan on the opposite wall. As an afterthought, Al Pachino, the star of the godfather films, also makes me happy, so I love seeing the restaurant name.

15/04/2026: The place is small, but in season there are tables outside, which are on the (busy) street, but the pizza is truly excellent, to say the least! This year, when we stopped by, we also found the round "pizzette" (small pizzas), which were perfect for my taste buds, so much so that I ate another half. 07/05/2026: My wife and I arrived from Grosseto just as the kitchen was closing time, but they didn't hesitate to welcome us. What can I say? A family-run, simple, and quiet atmosphere. The owner and his wife were extremely helpful in the kitchen. We ordered amatriciana, carbonara, a slice of pizzaiola, and a side dish. Everything was delicious, with generous portions and very reasonable prices. I'll definitely be back. Well done!

25/02/2026: I found this restaurant by chance while traveling to Fiuggi. The location is very nice and welcoming, and the fireplace with the embers where they cook the various meats is very nice... The lamb chops were very good and very tender... I recommend this restaurant if you're in the area.

22/03/2026: Authentic, top-quality products, the owner is extremely kind and helpful, and the customer service is top-notch. The guanciale is exceptional. A large selection of cheeses, along with various sausages, cured meats, and cold cuts, all truly, truly delicious. Sincere compliments. A must-visit every time you visit Fiuggi. Highly recommended.

06/02/2026: Only today did I remember to leave a review when I told my sister to go there. If I could give it 6 stars, I would. Excellent products, worth trying both for dinner and takeout. The owner, a very kind person, understood my weakness for cheese and let me taste so many. Seeing is believing, I can't wait to return to Fiuggi to stop by.
