13/08/2026: What a wonderful discovery in Boville Ernica. The quality of the ingredients is excellent, and you can sense the care taken in the preparation. The dishes are impeccably presented. I particularly enjoyed the dish with the golden triangles served on a slate plate—a true delight for the eyes and the palate. We really enjoyed our time there. It's a place where passion reigns, and we'll definitely be back to try other specialties. Highly recommended.

16/08/2026: We went for lunch today on a Sunday out of Rome and we won't be back! We had a table booked for 2:15 PM, but they seated us exactly an hour later... terrible service and a complete lack of organization. The table was dirty from previous customers, and the waiters were unprofessional. The food was good but nothing exceptional; the entrees were too al dente and a bit bland (we ordered four fettuccine with truffle, which tasted like nothing). We couldn't order dessert because by 4:30 PM, almost everything was gone.

Today my wife and I had lunch at Ristorantino dalla Nonna Giuseppina, and I'm not exaggerating when I say it was one of the most extraordinary culinary experiences of our lives. I enjoyed incredibly tender BBQ pork ribs accompanied by galactic-flavored rigatoni alla Gricia, while my wife chose delicious, creamy, and simply spectacular lemon linguine. Without a doubt, one of the best pasta dishes we've ever eaten! We love traveling the world, including extensively throughout Italy, but we've never encountered pasta dishes as perfect, flavorful, and well-balanced as those served at this truly one-of-a-kind restaurant. The ambiance is simply extraordinary: a true dive into the Middle Ages! My wife and I felt transported to another era, amidst stone walls, medieval decorations, and an unforgettable atmosphere. A journey through time accompanied by an explosion of flavors! Everything was made even more special thanks to the gracious chef Vittorio, a delightful, passionate, and incredibly welcoming person. An extraordinary cook and a truly delightful man, he made us feel at home. Everything we tasted was a true feast for the palate, prepared with love and skill. The restaurant is a true gem hidden among the narrow, charming alleys of Casalvieri's historic center. Strolling through the cobblestone streets alone is a compelling reason to come. A practical tip: park your car in Casalvieri's main square, as the streets of the historic center are very narrow and offer limited parking. In conclusion: if you love good food, authentic experiences, and a touch of medieval magic, this place is an absolute must! Worth every mile of the trip. We'll definitely be back! Five stars isn't enough!

22/05/2026: A pleasant surprise!!! Traveling from Naples to Florence, we decided to stop for lunch. We took the Ceprano exit off the highway and were seated in 5 minutes. The outdoor patio is shaded by awnings and a jasmine plant. Beautiful and welcoming. Easy street parking. The tables are a bit wobbly, but in the style of a true inn...just how we like them. Very friendly and fast service. The pizza and appetizers were great...even the kids enjoyed them. Fair prices. In short, a very pleasant stop, quick, affordable, and without any detours.

06/08/2026: Old-fashioned, homey trattoria, friendly staff, and honest dishes. I recommend the sagne ubriache, they're delicious! The tagliatelle alla Gino disappointed me because the pasta was overcooked, the white ragù was flavorless, and the porcini mushrooms, well, out of season, it's normal for them to be either frozen or industrially made... overall, they lacked salt. The lamb was excellent quality and cooked to perfection!!! But, alas, the baked potatoes tasted like boiled potatoes—or maybe they were—then baked, and they also lacked salt. Below expectations...

16/08/2026: Sunday, August 9, 2026, after booking a birthday lunch, we received a non-existent welcome as soon as we arrived. Both in terms of politeness and service. The air conditioning was almost non-existent. We ordered a starter of ham and melon, and were served winter melon. Without mentioning it, the first courses were tasteless, so we didn't order any more second courses. We were very dissatisfied and specifically don't recommend it.

15/08/2026: Just returned from a mid-August lunch. Excellent experience, with the à la carte menu offering the option of just a single appetizer. The staff were helpful and the owner was extremely kind and attentive, making us feel at home. There were nine of us, and the service was prompt and in a room where we could chat, which is no small feat on special days like these. A pleasant discovery. We'll definitely be back.

28/06/2026: You literally eat in a grove. The atmosphere, service, and home-cooked food make it feel like a family Sunday. The menu is small, with a choice of three starters (pappardelle with mushrooms, thin pasta, and timbale) and a variety of meats for main courses (the mixed grill was excellent!) A truly enjoyable lunch. The bill is very low: for a starter, main course, drinks, wine, dessert, and coffee, it's just over €20 per person.
