07/11/2025: A beautiful location, surrounded by greenery, with meticulous attention to detail, despite its age. We recommend better signposting of both the routes and parking! Fantastic couples massage, the only shame is that the massage beds lack the holes to properly position your face. Very inviting spas, scattered throughout the natural setting, a bit small but beautiful and diverse. The only shame is that the water temperatures are too low, especially when the weather isn't hot outside. The receptionist was friendly and quick, top notch.

The restaurant... simply amazing! We chose the meat menu and it was a riot of flavors, but we can't wait to return to try everything else. A heartfelt thank you to the ladies at reception, the restaurant, the breakfast staff, and the spa—all so kind, professional, and smiling. The only small flaw? The parking lot is a bit inconvenient and small... but in the face of so much beauty, it really fades into the background. 💛

04/01/2026: The best meat in the area - an experience to repeat! We visited this restaurant today, January 4, 2026, and were extremely satisfied in every way. The quality of the meat is simply exceptional - without a doubt the best you'll find in the area. The sliced ​​steak with honey and pecorino cheese was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, with a truly refined and perfect combination of flavors. The quality of the ingredients was evident in every bite. To top it off, the tiramisu was excellent, a perfect dessert to end a quality meal. But what really makes this restaurant special is the hospitality. The staff was extremely kind and helpful from start to finish, always attentive to our needs. Special thanks go to the owner, who with her professionalism and friendliness made everyone feel at ease, creating a warm and family atmosphere typical of the best traditions. Finding a place that combines excellent food quality and genuine hospitality is a true blessing. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality dining experience accompanied by impeccable service.

20/01/2026: A traditional family-run trattoria. The host makes everyone feel at ease as he presents the menu and house specialties. The typical local dishes are excellent, with homemade pasta and even the superbly cooked meat-based main courses. The food is excellent value for money. We'll definitely return to complete our tasting of their specialties.

29/12/2025: The staff were friendly and welcoming. We ordered the dish of the day, which was delicious polenta topped with a sauce accompanied by pork ribs and sausage, which was truly excellent. The supplì are homemade and worth trying. The tiramisu is also excellent. I highly recommend this place.

16/09/2025: The La Tenuta il Sogno restaurant is located in Piglio, on the Anticolana road, which leads from Fiuggi to the Fiuggi/Anagni highway. From the gated entrance, a long path leads through the beautiful garden, where you can admire a lovely pond and, further ahead, a beautiful setting. To access the restaurant, you pass through a lovely, cool, and shaded grove. The food is good and varied. The delicious appetizers are excellent. The only downside: I found the interior ceiling to be low, which makes it seem much smaller than it actually is. A little larger would make the space feel larger and more harmonious.

We enjoyed the Tonnarelli with three cherry tomatoes, parmesan, and basil (a light yet flavorful first course featured on their menu). Each course reflects Chef Roberta's trademark care and attention to quality ingredients. Her approach is reflected in every detail, from the impeccable service to the balanced flavors. The staff was exceptional, polite, and always available. It's a place where you can sense the passion for fine Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. Signora Maria Loretta is incredibly kind and charming, and brightens up the meal by sharing the history of her family from Casalvieri. We'll be back soon. Highly recommended.

The staff was kind and helpful, always ready to offer advice and accommodate our requests. The atmosphere is very informal yet welcoming; we immediately felt at home. It's a place where you can eat well without spending too much. A tip for those who want to go: it's not easy to find, especially at night, but the candles on the sidewalk were a great idea! And once we arrived, the outdoor parking space was a huge plus. It's a place I highly recommend to everyone...an oasis of peace and good food, hidden in nature. We'll definitely be back!
