01/11/2025: When you enter this restaurant, it feels like you've gone back 50 years; time has stood still. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the owner is helpful and friendly. The food is excellent; the use of seasonal ingredients makes it all exquisite. I recommend it to everyone.

07/09/2025: In the Veroli countryside, we truly had a true craft brewery experience. We first toured the brewery with an overview of its operations, and then enjoyed a tasting and beer platter. Given the quality of the beer and products, we tried other beers and appetizers. Everything was of high quality and reflects a philosophy that demonstrates how certain businesses care about promoting their products and the local area. It's not just words, but actions.

09/10/2025: If you're looking for seafood in Ciociaria, Da Plinio is a guarantee! The service is efficient, the food is very good, but the staff makes the difference. While you're sitting down to eat, you might suddenly find Plinio stopping by to ask how your dinner is going. You might even find him walking by with his saxophone to sing a "Happy Birthday" song to someone. The waiters are also very good, friendly, and professional. The entire staff has truly created a lovely "niche" where you can eat good seafood and spend a pleasant evening in a quiet place!

09/10/2025: Super friendly staff. I'm celiac, and they were very careful about cooking gluten-free for me. Excellent fish, and the chef was really friendly. Fair price. I recommend it.

16/09/2025: The La Tenuta il Sogno restaurant is located in Piglio, on the Anticolana road, which leads from Fiuggi to the Fiuggi/Anagni highway. From the gated entrance, a long path leads through the beautiful garden, where you can admire a lovely pond and, further ahead, a beautiful setting. To access the restaurant, you pass through a lovely, cool, and shaded grove. The food is good and varied. The delicious appetizers are excellent. The only downside: I found the interior ceiling to be low, which makes it seem much smaller than it actually is. A little larger would make the space feel larger and more harmonious.

Thanks to Giulia and her entire family, we spent the entire preparation period with great peace of mind, because they supported and guided us step by step through every stage and every detail, from the ceremony to the dinner to the party. Thanks to each and every one of them, our special day was perfect! An enchanting place with wonderful people, both professionally and personally. Thank you for everything!

07/11/2025: A beautiful location, surrounded by greenery, with meticulous attention to detail, despite its age. We recommend better signposting of both the routes and parking! Fantastic couples massage, the only shame is that the massage beds lack the holes to properly position your face. Very inviting spas, scattered throughout the natural setting, a bit small but beautiful and diverse. The only shame is that the water temperatures are too low, especially when the weather isn't hot outside. The receptionist was friendly and quick, top notch.

25/10/2025: From the moment we arrived, an atmosphere of calm and kindness reigned. Everything smelled of cleanliness and care: the impeccable spaces, the tidy changing rooms, the breathtaking view. The restaurant... simply amazing! We chose the meat menu and it was a riot of flavors, but we can't wait to return to try everything else. A heartfelt thank you to the ladies at reception, the restaurant, the breakfast staff, and the spa—all so kind, professional, and smiling. The only small flaw? The parking lot is a bit inconvenient and small... but in the face of so much beauty, it really fades into the background. 💛

26/09/2025: We stumbled upon it somewhat by chance on Saturday, September 20, 2025. We struggled to find it because the sign isn't very visible. That said, what can I say? Well done, well done, well done. The dishes are refined, delicious, and tasty. I've been around Lazio a bit and I have to say the quality/price ratio is amazing. I'll truly remember it fondly.

15/11/2025: In a word: special. Traditional food, well-prepared. Memorable gnocchi and shank. Zero wait time. The owner is kind and very friendly. We'll definitely be back, especially because we love eating in a Game of Thrones-esque location!

04/10/2025: Close to the highway exit, the exterior is extremely well-maintained and an excellent location for events. Ample and nearby parking is available. However, the hotel isn't as stunning as the photos; we didn't find it spotlessly clean, and room 116 definitely needs updating. The mosquito net is broken, the window doesn't close properly, the walls are chipped in several places, and the bathroom smells slightly like sewer. These are all things that could be improved. Breakfast was a bit sparse, but the products were excellent. We had dinner at the restaurant with a set menu for €25 per person, and it was enjoyable. The owners were helpful, which is a real shame because it has great potential, but it's a two-star hotel, no more.

19/10/2025: They brought us bread, and as soon as I finished my appetizer, they took away the whole bag. I asked for a seafood salad, delicate in flavor, then I asked for Tonarelli all'amatraciana, and they brought me strozzapreti with the guanciale turned into sinews, because I couldn't see or taste the crunchiness. And even the sauce had a strange aftertaste. I asked for fried calamari and shrimp, which was the only good thing. I asked for a mixed salad, which the waiter had told me was arugula, radicchio, tomatoes, and lettuce, and they brought me only tomatoes and lettuce. I asked for the addition, and they brought me the radicchio half rotten because it had brown pieces. I wouldn't go back to a small town where you pay like 30 euros or more per person. At least the service should be impeccable. I hope you can improve. You have the tools to do so.
