05/03/2025: Modern, well-kept, very clean environment which, although, not knowing it, you would expect a flask shop a little more in keeping with the style of this type of place, does not detract from the value of this business. Passionate and friendly host and all-female staff accompanied us in our choices with cordiality. Excellent arrosticini, amatriciana ditto, dirty a little away from our taste but well cooked so our problem.

12/02/2025: I have been to this fish restaurant and the experience was excellent in every respect. The appetizer opened the meal in a delicious way with a supplì of calamari and rice, crunchy on the outside and tasty on the inside, followed by a very fresh octopus salad with julienned courgettes and potatoes, balanced and delicate. The 'mbuttunate anchovies, stuffed and tasty, added a touch of tradition, while the fish bruschetta completed the entrée with its lightness. The first courses were a real triumph: the seafood gnocchi were delicious, with a rich and tasty sauce, while the ravioli, with fresh pasta and balanced filling, were simply exquisite. Every bite was a perfect mix of taste and quality. For second, the fried fish arrived dry and crispy, perfectly done. The real surprise came with the finale: an excellent rum served with chocolate, a refined detail that is now rarely seen and which made the dessert moment even more special. The restaurant is designed with attention to detail, with a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. The staff was extremely professional and attentive, without ever being intrusive. The quality-price ratio is right, considering the quality of the raw material and the service offered. I will definitely be back!

The menu offers a varied choice of dishes with vegetarian options. The fettuccine with mushrooms and the revisited Sacher are very good.

The choice of menu varies from traditional first courses to spectacular sandwiches, all fresh high quality raw materials prepared with respect and presented with great attention to detail. Very kind, friendly, familiar staff. Trendy place suitable for everyone, from young people to families with children. The open space is excellent, well organized and spacious, if you want a bit of privacy and spend a romantic evening or you want to have an evening with friends and maybe make a bit of noise without bothering the other customers.

11/02/2025: Excellent family run restaurant, had such a great meal. The fillet with mushrooms and fiochetti (italian dumplings) was really amazing. Caprese salad and mixed bruschetta were very fresh and simple. Great Giacobbe Cesanese wine. Even the french fries were really good!!! Ive been to a lot of restaurants in Fiuggi, this is one of the best for sure!

23/02/2025: A marvel! Authentic flavours, wonderful fettuccine with white ragout. The sausages are also delicious. Menu described by the lady, but at the time of the bill, a more than positive surprise for the quality and price. To return. Bitters offered

02/02/2025: From Anzio to discover Piglio, we discovered this incredible restaurant, amazingly good dishes from starters to desserts, clean and well-kept premises, kind staff attentive to customer needs, really advantageous prices. We will return and recommend it to everyone.

20/01/2025: Tiny place on Casilina, in Anagni. They are primarily focused on takeout and delivery, but have some seating. The pizza is very good, even if they don't have a wood oven. This does not mean that the dough is light and digestible, the tomato is sweet and the mozzarella is always good. Even the fried foods do not disappoint (especially the pasta omelette). I go there relatively often with my family (unfortunately it's far from home...).
