28/02/2026: I've tasted their pizza all over Lazio, and no one beats them. The fried foods are amazing, and the pizza is out of this world. The service is excellent, the waiters are very friendly. I'd also like to compliment the waiter Gabriele, who is very kind and friendly.

Set menu, but you can choose quantities, local wine, cheap prices, home tastes. Don't let you fool by the ambient, that's also typical, you'll have the perfect Sunday launch with the speciality, roasted lamb and potatoes, I am feeling the urge to eat them again now that I am writing

07/12/2025: Yesterday I went to La Ciociara restaurant in Amaseno (FR). In this small town, you can still enjoy local meat and truly authentic products. I tried the buffalo steak and the buffalo cacciatore stew for the first time: tender, flavorful, and truly unique. For my first course, I ordered fini fini, a typical local pasta dish, homemade, with a delicious ragù. The location is very vintage, with an atmosphere that seems to take you back to the 1970s, especially the bar with its period balcony. The dining room is filled with the aromas of the kitchen, and the rooms are spacious and welcoming. One thing struck me most of all: a glass partition separating the dining room from the kitchen, where a fireplace was lit and the staff warmed themselves by it. A simple scene that brought back memories of my childhood, when homes always had stoves and fireplaces. The cuisine is simple, homey, based on local products and traditional recipes. The only downside: I was served by two young men, one of whom was truly rude. Every time I thanked them for the dishes, he never responded. A detail, sure, but one that's out of place in a place so steeped in tradition. Recommended for everyone, including families with children.

02/11/2025: We were there last night, November 1, 2025, and it was a complete disappointment. The appetizer was del brigante, and there were no entrees, but the quality was terrible, with a poor prosciutto crudo, and a measly slice of cheese. The service was mediocre. It's no longer the brigante it once was. Then the bill, 59.50 cents, was handed out by the waitress. And she didn't even round up the bill like she used to. Well, I think this experience ends here.

24/10/2025: Gianfranco's Cantinetta..!! A wonderful surprise in Piglio. We were welcomed by the owners with such kindness and sincerity. They offered us excellent Ciociaria cuisine. Excellent quality food accompanied by the famous Cesanese del Piglio wine. Excellent value. Characterful and very welcoming place, especially the room with windows offering breathtaking views. Recommended!! 👍👏👏

The young and dynamic staff were friendly, always available, and attentive to customers, ready to offer advice and respond courteously to every request. The dishes were fresh and flavorful, with all the authentic aromas and flavors a true Greek dish should have: quality ingredients and well-balanced combinations. The wait was also minimal, despite the restaurant being busy, a sign of good organization in the kitchen and dining room. An experience I recommend to anyone who loves Greek cuisine and is looking for quality, friendliness, and a pleasant atmosphere.

06/03/2026: I've been here many times and I really liked it. The place is beautiful and has a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff are super kind and friendly, they make you feel at ease right away. The service was fast and very organized. The food is truly exquisite, everything is delicious! I highly recommend it if you want to spend a nice time in a beautiful place and eat well. The best in all of Casamari, nothing bad to say.

25/10/2025: I'll start with the service, which is truly excellent. The restaurant is welcoming, with a room reserved for events. This place mainly serves pizza; I can't judge it because I had a simple but delicious appetizer. Then there were excellent tagliatelle with truffle, porcini mushrooms, and sausage. And equally excellent mixed grill. Simple dishes, but excellent in both quality and quantity.

22/02/2026: I ordered a potato and sausage pizza, but the potatoes were just inedible. The appetizer wasn't very good, and the fried foods were ridiculous.

12/08/2025: This establishment was recommended to us by local friends: what a great discovery!! We had a great time in a place full of charm and conviviality. The owner welcomed us by serving us an aperitif in the garden, perfect to start, we felt at home. What followed was a taste festival! A succession of dishes cooked with love and respect for local seasonal products. Even the digestifs are a homemade creation. In summary: an impeccable welcome with respect for its guests, delicious dishes in large quantities, a place full of charm and calm, and unbeatable prices. Stop by without hesitation!!!
