Nice surprise not far from Rome. Spa has many areas for relaxing with either hot tubs or sauna or steam rooms. There's also a nice pool but as it's not heated we didn't use it in Spring. A nice discovery with great views over a green valley

The only flaw that led to the 3-star rating is the use of only one bathrobe. When you're outside, especially at night, after the first drying, you practically can't dry yourself. Needs a rethink.

13/04/2026: Great place. Even though we didn't have a reservation, the manager managed to arrange for us to enjoy an excellent pizza at a fair price. You can tell they're eager to work. Even though I live several hundred kilometers away, if I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely be back. Congratulations!
25/03/2026: Excellent pizza, both by the slice and at the table. The dough is simply fantastic, incredibly light and crispy, and the ingredients are excellent. Excellent service and a super pleasant atmosphere!
