23/07/2024: Enchanting place... as soon as you leave the road and enter the venue you are projected into a place from another time.... a slow river flows next to the venue between trees that create shade. That's where they serve you the aperitif... outdoors with the sounds of nature. And I'll stop here because the menu for a first communion, of which I was a guest, was excellent, perfect organization and service with a good touch of comfort and kindness. Which never hurts. If you want a quiet place and celebrate an event I recommend it..... and if you are accompanied by a good photographer.... then the party will be a success.

10/08/2024: Everything is simply gorgeous! We went for the first time and we were welcomed by the chef, who was super friendly (you can immediately tell that he has a high level of preparation) and a very polite and super courteous waiter. Excellent food with excellent quality raw materials. There are also particular dishes which however reflect the flavors of good Italian cuisine (without deviating from the original flavors which are actually enhanced by innovative combinations). The place remains very welcoming (the outdoor space is much appreciated), you feel at home. From wine to bitters, everything satisfies even the most demanding palates. Everything is freshly prepared and the fish is truly of the day. I highly recommend! We will be back for sure! Thank you!

11/08/2024: I went to the Uane restaurant in Anagni yesterday for a baptism, but unfortunately my experience was extremely negative. A few days before the start of the event, I had the staff inform me of my nickel allergy, expecting due attention in the preparation of the dishes. Despite the clear warning, I was served foods containing nickel, putting my health at risk. The situation worsened further when the waitress insisted that "when the food is cooked, the nickel disappears", a statement not only false, but also dangerous, no alternative was also made available. Needless to say, I didn't eat anything and I was deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and competence in a context where attention to allergies should be an absolute priority. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone with food intolerances or allergies, and I hope that the staff are adequately trained to handle similar situations in the future.

25/08/2024: Locale molto bello,siamo stati accolti dal proprietario e signora molto gentili che ci ha spiegato le portate,buonissimi gli antipastini calabresi, ottimo il vino bianco calabrese Ferrocinto,strepitosi i tre primi,aglio olio e mollica,carbonara jnduja,spaghetti pomodori e cipolla di tropea. E per finire la pitta dolce. Conto per me in linea. Un grazie davvero al proprietario persona unica.

10/08/2024: the place is very simple, the soft pizza with a thin and crunchy crust. Speaking of prices, we find very affordable prices. one of the few with a wood-fired oven, I recommend trying it at least once

02/08/2024: The starter, first course and dessert were very good. Welcoming atmosphere and friendly, fast service. The price is also average.

21/07/2024: The location is something wonderful, you feel completely surrounded by nature and I assure you that this will give you absurd relaxation, the restaurant staff is super polite, efficient and 100% available to their customers, but the dishes are the real strong point of this place, I tasted 3 different types of pasta and I found them all exceptional, not to mention the second course, a delicious grilled meat on the grill which managed to exceed my expectations, in short it is not just a simple restaurant but a real experience to absolutely try, I assure you that the quiet of the place together with the fantastic dishes of the restaurant will leave you more than satisfied. I only have one criticism to make, certainly not of the place however, but rather of all those people who ignorantly allow themselves to judge the times of service not understanding that the wait is fully rewarded by what the staff brings to the table, that is, real and own masterpieces of Italian cuisine

17/08/2024: I gave it a 4 so I could return and evaluate other dishes even better. Starter and Tagliatelle were tasty, simple and enjoyable. The owners are welcoming like Camilla at table service. The chef and the team in the kitchen are young, studious and eager to do. Quiet, intimate environment outside. Correct dishes with lots of taste, all accompanied by a good white wine.

28/07/2024: Nice pizzeria at the beginning of Corso, right next to the bridge to Liri. From spring to autumn there is a large garden where you can eat pizza or other dishes outdoors. Delicious pizzas, moderate prices. I recommend!
