I've been following Chef Diego Monticelli and the restaurant's social media page for a while. I love eating fish, so I was fascinated by the photos and videos the Chef posts. For my birthday, I treated myself to this exceptional culinary experience, and what I ate far exceeded anything I'd imagined. The freshest fish, perfectly cooked, the authentic flavors not drowned out by sauces or spices—in short, everything was EXCELLENT!!! Thanks also to the kindness and courtesy of the staff...and also to the Chef, whom I finally got to meet in person! We'll be back soon... Roberta and Sergio

A culinary experience of great quality and character! A seafood restaurant definitely worth a try if you're in the province... a menu offering fantastic options for all tastes... from delicious appetizers to mouthwatering desserts expertly prepared by the chef! Dinner with friends, immersed in the simplicity of the restaurant and overseen by the attentive, friendly, and professional staff... the dishes are succulent and full of character. Truly, there's nothing more to say! Of course, the price isn't surprising—quality comes at a price—but it's also worth mentioning that the portions are truly generous!

The chef certainly doesn't skimp on raw ingredients. Ample fish, crustaceans, and mollusks are used in the various dishes you choose. Balanced flavors and delicate dishes. Desserts commend the rest of the dishes. A warm and welcoming atmosphere. Friendly and efficient waiters. Fast service. Prices are moderate to high. Reservations recommended. A good seafood restaurant.

We went to this restaurant for dinner. First of all, as soon as we entered, we immediately noticed (or rather, heard) the excellent background music! There were 4 of us (2 couples). We shared 1 appetizer (for two) and 1 first course (for two). Then we had 1 second course for 4 people. And of course, desserts. The fish was very fresh! Tasty dishes and quality products! The price was fair (perhaps slightly higher than average), but our philosophy is that if you eat well (and it's not a given), we don't care about the cost! So we'll gladly return! Recommended!

The fundamental concept of this project is honesty: the ingredients are treated with respect for their organoleptic qualities and without compromising the concept of flavor and taste... excellent ways of frying, grilling, seasoning, and plating both the dishes and the side dishes... and without skimping on quantities... generous, always bucking the trend: today you pay more for a packet of chips and the content in grams is always less... not here, honesty comes first... Thank you... Always moving forward... It takes even more courage... But those who dream always get there before those who think...

We went to this restaurant for lunch today because we were intrigued by Diego's videos on social media. It was a positive and satisfying experience. There were four of us, and we ordered different dishes to sample. The portions were generous enough to easily feed three people. We ordered two appetizers and two first courses, along with desserts and wine. Fresh and tasty ingredients, cooked to perfection. Our dream was to see Diego, who readily came to our table to say hello. We left with the desire to return as soon as possible. Thank you, Diego.

Excellent cuisine. The atmosphere is well-maintained and clean. Chef Diego and the kitchen and dining room staff are professional and friendly. Average prices, considering the quality of the ingredients. Highly recommended.

A positive experience, out of the ordinary. All dishes are for 2-3 people, so the price is doubled. The prices are quite high, but the ingredients are excellent. I wouldn't go back as a couple, but rather as a group of four friends.
