17/04/2025: An unforgettable experience! We had lunch as a couple and were really impressed: each dish was a small work of art, with attention to the smallest details and an extraordinary flavour. A true gourmet experience! What made everything even more special was the kindness and attention of the owner, who made us feel pampered from start to finish. A rare, genuine welcome that made our lunch even more pleasant. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience a moment of high-level cuisine in a warm atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

30/05/2025: I was there last night for the first time, what can I say, excellent dishes, you can feel that they are fresh and local ingredients, we also took wine (but since we are not very expert) the owner helped us in choosing the wine, recommending some wines and explaining their characteristics. We took a local cutting board to start, followed by prawns in teyakj sauce, first we opted for homemade tonnarelli with wild asparagus in caramelized zabaglione cream, and since we were not full we ordered lamb 😁😁, everything was delicious.

26/05/2025: Siamo stati accolti benissimo, cibo eccellente, servizio impeccabile consiglio a tutti di passare da questo Ristorante familiare perchè noi ci torneremo di sicuro, il paese di Collepardo (frosinone) è meraviglioso, un luogo di tranquillità riposo e aria buona.

26/06/2025: Super dish, super experience! Soft and succulent meat, wrapped in a shower of truffle that smells from afar — a real taste bomb! The side dish of gratinated vegetables is the extra touch: crunchy, tasty and super delicious. A dish that knows how to get noticed and remembered, perfect for those who love to eat well… with style!

01/01/2025: For them it is more important to serve takeaway customers and not those inside the restaurant. If they seat you near a door, you go away. The quality of the food was mediocre but we had to wait 15 minutes before ordering and almost 1 hour to eat I absolutely do not recommend it

27/05/2025: A true pearl of taste in Sora: Re Fuoco If you are a pizza lover and you are in Sora, Re Fuoco is a must-see. This pizzeria perfectly combines tradition and quality, offering a gastronomic experience that conquers you at the first bite. The dough is light, digestible and cooked to perfection in a wood-fired oven, with a fragrant crust that tells all the mastery of the pizza chef. The menu is rich and well-finished, with proposals that range from the timeless classics to gourmet pizzas, prepared with selected and very high-quality ingredients. The pizza with pears and brie is my favorite, an explosion of balanced and genuine flavors, you absolutely have to try it. The environment is welcoming and cared for in detail, the staff is friendly and always available, ready to advise with professionalism and a smile. The quality-price ratio is also excellent. Re Fuoco is not just a pizzeria, but a place where the love for good food and authentic flavors is celebrated. Highly recommended!

15/06/2025: The place looks lovely and the staff were very nice. But we did get the overall feeling that we were an inconvenience, maybe because we didn't make a reservation?! Google says open at 6, and we made our way in at 6.45, to be told that food orders don't start until after 7. We were happy with this, we were perfectly ok to have a drink and wait until after 7pm. 7pm came and went, and nobody came to give us a table, so by 7.30 I went to find a member of staff. We would have been happy to take our food away, had our lack of reservation been an issue.The pizza was a bit too crunchy for our liking, and impossible to cut with a steak knife. The lamb was tough. Having said that we were starving so ate it all. I wouldn't necessarily recommend the place, but it is convenient for the Area Sosta Camper.

10/06/2025: If you have to stop for lunch and you are on the highway it is worth exiting at San Vittore and having a taste of their specialty. Let yourself be guided on a gastronomic tour. They have many local products that are decidedly tasty and typical. The staff is kind and friendly. You can buy products to take away or eat on the spot. Highly recommended!

05/04/2025: Torniamo sempre volentieri al ristorante La Perla e ogni volta emozioni diverse sia dal punto di vista culinario con piatti che esaltano il palato e gli occhi...ambiente elegante e sobrio con personale di sala sempre attento alle esigenze del cliente con cortesia e professionalità La presenza discreta degli chef Alberto e Edoardo è rassicurante e un punto fermo del ristorante. Questa sera ci hanno deliziato con piatti abilmente preparati e compresi nel nuovo menù di primavera, allego le foto.

03/02/2025: Ritorno tra le colline di Arpino a distanza di alcuni mesi e trovo questo ristorante in grande crescita. Proposte gastronomiche di carne e di pesce che valgono una tappa.
